Roadside Assistance includes 24X7 helpline support, on-site repairs for minor issues like flat tires or dead batteries, towing to authorised workshops for major problems, customer conference call, taxi services for up to 50 km, fuel delivery of up to 5 litres, retrieval of spare keys, custody services for vehicles and vehicle repatriation for repairs taking more than two days. If your vehicle is immobilised due to electrical or mechanical failure, accident or wrong fuelling, the service provider will arrange for your vehicle to be towed to the nearest authorised OEM workshop. The towing service ensures that your vehicle is safely handled and reaches the appropriate repair facility.

If you are locked out of your vehicle or your key is lost, the service provider will arrange for the retrieval of your spare key from your residence. This ensures that you can regain access to your vehicle without undue delay or hassle.

Customers must pay the joining/annual fee to activate Roadside Assistance. After the eligibility is confirmed, your contact details are sent to the service provider, who will then send a confirmation SMS with instructions for availing the services.

If your vehicle is immobilised due to an empty fuel tank, Roadside Assistance will arrange for the delivery of up to 5 litres of fuel as per actual cost, ensuring you can continue your journey without significant disruption.

If vehicle repairs take more than two days, you can opt for vehicle repatriation to your hometown for up to 100 km, free of cost. For distances beyond 100 km, repatriation services are available on a chargeable basis, ensuring flexibility for long-term repairs.
