Elevate policy by ICICI Lombard is a comprehensive health insurance policy that covers hospitalization, OPD visits, diagnostic tests, wellness programs, and more. It is designed to offer all-round protection for individuals and families.

Is full body check-up covered by the Elevate plan?

Yes. Full body check-ups are available under the annual health check-up benefit. This is an add-on cover and can be availed by paying an additional premium.

Is OPD covered in the Elevate plan?

Yes, OPD expenses are covered only if the BeFit benefit has been purchased.

Which hospital room category can I choose under the Elevate plan?

Most Elevate plans offer coverage for private single AC rooms. Room eligibility depends on the variant chosen and ensures comfort during hospitalization.

What is the eligible age range for purchasing Elevate policy?

The minimum age limit for taking this policy is 18 years, and there is no maximum age limit. Dependent children can be covered from 91 days and 30 years, financially dependent on the Insured and does not have his / her independent sources of income

Can I avail family floater or individual health policy in Elevate health insurance?

Yes, Elevate offers both individual and family floater options. A family floater covers multiple family members under a single sum insured.

Are major corporate hospitals included in the network?

What is the maximum premium amount eligible for tax benefits?

Will my premium remain the same upon policy renewal?

Premiums may be revised based on your age, claims history, or product updates. However, all changes are shared transparently at the time of renewal.

How can I file a claim for post-hospitalization expenses?

You can file a claim by submitting bills, prescriptions, and reports incurred during the 60-day post-discharge period. These are reimbursed as per policy terms.

What should I do in case of an emergency hospitalization?

In an emergency, visit the nearest hospital and inform the insurer or TPA within 24 hours of admission. You can avail cashless treatment if the hospital is in-network.

What should I do if my claim is denied?

If your claim is denied, you can submit additional documents or request a re-evaluation. You also have the right to escalate it through the grievance redressal process.

Can I add my spouse to my existing individual health insurance policy?

Yes, your spouse can be added either at the time of renewal or during the policy term (subject to conditions). A revised premium will apply.

What is the tenure of Elevate policy?

The policy is available for 1, 2, 3,4 &5 years. Longer tenures often come with premium discounts and uninterrupted coverage.

What happens if I don’t renew my policy on time?
