What is a Contactless Credit Card and how does it work? 

A Contactless Credit Card enables tap-and-pay transactions at NFC-enabled POS terminals. During contactless payments, the card does not leave the customer’s hand, thus reducing fraud risk. Also, the low-value transactions can be performed without entering a PIN (as per regulatory limits).

What is a secured Credit Card and who should take it?

A Secured Credit card is issued against a Fixed Deposit placed with the Bank. There should be no lien or partial withdrawal on the Fixed Deposit at the time of issuance. It is suitable for customers who have a limited credit history or want to build/repair their credit score. The secured card is issued only to primary account holders.

How does a Credit Card work?

You can use your card to pay for your transactions at merchant- retail or online. Transactions are added to your account and reflected in the monthly statement. You then repay the dues by the due date.

What is a Credit Limit?

The Credit Limit is the maximum amount you can spend on your card at any given time. It is assigned by the Bank based on eligibility criteria.

What is the billing cycle?

A billing cycle is the period between two statement dates and typically ranges from 28 to 31 days.

What is the Total Amount Due?

The Total Amount Due is the full outstanding amount on your Credit Card for the billing cycle.

What is the Minimum Amount Due?

It is the minimum sum you must pay by the due date to avoid late payment fees. Interest will continue to apply on the remaining balance.

What is a due date?

The due date is the last date by which your payment must be made to avoid late fees and maintain a healthy account status.

What is the interest-free period?

It is the period from the transaction date to the statement due date when no interest is charged, provided the previous balance is cleared in full.

What are reward points?

Reward points are loyalty points earned on eligible transactions made using your Credit Card. These accumulated points can be redeemed for various benefits such as gift vouchers, merchandise, travel bookings or statement credit, depending on the card’s rewards program.

Can I withdraw cash using a Credit Card?

Yes, cash withdrawal is possible at ATMs. Cash advances attract interest and transaction fees from the transaction date.

What is revolving credit?

Revolving credit is a repayment option that allows you to pay only the minimum amount due and carry forward the remaining outstanding balance to the next billing cycle. Interest is charged on the unpaid portion until it is fully repaid.

Are international transactions allowed?

Yes, many ICICI Bank Credit Cards support international usage. Foreign currency mark-up charges may apply as per the card’s terms and conditions.

What is an annual fee?

An annual fee is a recurring yearly charge levied for maintaining Credit Card services and associated benefits. Certain cards may offer annual fee waivers when you meet specified spending thresholds during the year.

Can my annual fee be waived?

Yes. Certain ICICI Bank Credit Cards offer annual fee waivers when you meet the prescribed annual spending criteria. The waiver may apply for the first year, subsequent years, or both, depending on the card’s terms and conditions.

What are finance charges?

Finance charges are interest costs applied to outstanding dues on your Credit Card. They may be levied on unpaid balances, cash advances, EMI conversions and amounts carried forward under revolving credit until fully repaid.

When do interest charges start?

Interest charges begin when the Total Amount Due is not paid on or before the due date. Interest is also applicable from the date of transaction on cash withdrawals, as there is no interest-free period on cash advances.

What is a late payment fee?

A late payment fee is a charge applied when the Minimum Amount Due or the Total Amount Due is not paid on or before the specified due date. The fee amount may vary based on the outstanding balance and the Credit Card’s terms and conditions.

Does late payment affect interest?

Yes. When you miss the due date, interest continues to accrue on the outstanding balance until it is cleared. Interest may also apply on new purchases until the dues are fully paid.

Do late payment fees impact my credit score?

Yes. Consistent delays or missed payments may negatively affect your credit history and reduce your credit score, as payment behaviour is a key factor in credit assessment.

What is a forex markup fee?

A forex markup fee is an additional charge applied on international transactions, including purchases made in foreign currencies or when using the card outside India. It is calculated as a percentage of the transaction value.

How does currency conversion work?

For international transactions, the amount is first converted into INR using the card network’s exchange rate. The applicable forex markup percentage is then added to the converted value and reflected in your statement.

Are there any GST charges?

Yes. GST is applicable on Credit Card fees, interest, and other service-related charges as per prevailing tax regulations. The GST amount will be reflected in your monthly statement.

What is a joining fee?

A joining fee is a one-time charge applied at the time of issuing a Credit Card. In many cases, the joining fee is accompanied by welcome benefits such as reward points, vouchers or other introductory offers.

What is the minimum age to apply?

Primary Credit Card applicants must generally be 18 years or older. The eligible age for Plus Card (Add-on card) may begin from 12 years onward, depending on the card type and Bank policy.

Do I need a bank account with ICICI Bank to apply?

No. You may apply for an ICICI Bank Credit Card even if you do not hold an ICICI Bank account. Approval is subject to eligibility, documentation and verification.

Why has my Credit Card application been rejected?

A Credit Card application may be declined due to factors such as insufficient credit history, low credit score, inadequate income, incorrect or incomplete documentation, multiple recent applications, or non-fulfilment of the Bank’s internal eligibility criteria.

Does my CIBIL score affect eligibility?

Yes. A good CIBIL score and a strong repayment history improve your chances of Credit Card approval and may also support a higher credit limit. Poor or inconsistent credit behaviour can reduce eligibility.

Do I need a PAN card to apply?

Yes. A PAN card is mandatory for Credit Card issuance and is required to assess eligibility, verify identity and comply with regulatory norms.

Are Aadhaar and PAN mandatory to link?

Yes. Linking Aadhaar and PAN is required as per regulatory guidelines to complete KYC, verify customer identity and enable smooth processing of the Credit Card application.

Will I be informed if my application is rejected?

Yes. You will receive a communication regarding the rejection along with broad reasons such as eligibility or documentation issues. However, the exact internal credit assessment parameters may not be disclosed.

How do I check the status of my Credit Card application?

You can track your application status online using the “Track My Application” option on the ICICI Bank website or through the iMobile app. You may need to enter your registered mobile number, application number or reference details to view the status.

Can I apply for a Credit Card if I have an ongoing loan?

Yes. You can apply for a Credit Card even if you have an active loan. Approval will depend on your overall credit profile, including repayment history, income stability and existing debt obligations.

Does ICICI Bank give Credit Cards to students?

Yes. ICICI Bank offers Credit Cards to eligible final-year students of select top colleges/institutes under specific student card programmes. Issuance is subject to the Bank’s internal criteria, college listing and successful verification of documents.

Can NRI customers apply?

Yes. NRI customers may apply for eligible ICICI Bank Credit Cards, subject to product availability, regulatory guidelines and completion of required documentation.

Can retired individuals apply?

Yes. Retired individuals can apply for Credit Cards based on pension income, savings or by opting for secured cards issued against a Fixed Deposit, subject to Bank evaluation and verification.

What if I do not have a credit score?

If you do not have a credit score, you may opt for a secured Credit Card issued against a Fixed Deposit or apply for an entry-level card, which can help you start building your credit history through responsible usage and timely repayments.

How do I apply for a Credit Card online? 

You can apply through the ICICI Bank website or mobile app by providing basic personal and income details. Once submitted, the Bank will verify your eligibility and inform you of the application status.

Can I request a limit increase?

Yes. You can request a credit limit increase through iMobile, Internet Banking or by contacting customer support. Approval is subject to usage patterns, repayment behaviour, income documentation and overall credit profile.

Can a limit be reduced?

Yes. The Bank may reduce the credit limit based on internal risk assessments, regulatory requirements or changes in your creditworthiness.

How often can I change my Credit Card limits?

You may request a change in your credit limit at any time. Approval frequency depends on usage history, repayment behaviour, income documents and the Bank’s internal eligibility criteria.

What is a self-set limit on my Credit Card?

A self-set limit is a feature that allows you to define your own spending limit on the Credit Card, lower than the assigned limit. It helps you control expenses, manage usage and enhance security.

 

What is a temporary credit-limit enhancement on my Credit Card?

A temporary credit-limit enhancement allows you to use a higher credit limit for a short period when you need additional spending capacity. You can request this by contacting the ICICI Bank Customer Care Centre, and the approval is at the Bank’s discretion. This facility is available only after 9 months of card membership and is granted based on your credit history.

How do I manage my Credit Card usage controls?

You can manage usage controls through the iMobile Pay app by setting spend limits, enabling or disabling domestic or international transactions, and controlling specific channels such as online, POS or ATM.

Why is my international transaction getting declined?

Your international transaction may be declined if international usage is disabled on your Credit Card. You can enable it through the iMobile app under cards controls.

How do I link my ICICI Bank RuPay Credit Card with iMobile for UPI payments?

To link your RuPay Credit Card, log in to the iMobile app, go to UPI Payments, select UPI Settings, choose Link your RuPay Credit Card to UPI, enter and confirm your preferred UPI ID, select your ICICI Bank RuPay Credit Card and tap Confirm to complete the process.

How is my credit limit decided?

Your Credit Card limit is determined based on multiple factors such as your declared income, existing repayment history, type of card applied for and the Bank’s internal risk evaluation. Limits may be revised over time based on usage and performance.

How can I redeem my ICICI Bank Rewards?

You can redeem your ICICI Bank Reward Points through Internet Banking by selecting Cards > Credit Cards > Reward Points > Redeem Now, or through the iMobile app by navigating to Cards & Forex, selecting your Credit Card and viewing the available points to redeem. Points can be redeemed for merchandise, e-vouchers, travel bookings, statement credit and other catalogue options based on your card’s rewards program.

How can I view my reward points summary?

You can view your reward points balance and redemption history through iMobile app or Internet Banking.

What are the minimum reward points required to redeem?

The minimum reward points required for redemption vary based on the product or service category selected on the ICICI Bank Rewards portal and each item will display its respective points requirement. 

Are EMIs eligible for reward points?

No. EMIs, including transactions converted into EMI, are generally not eligible for reward points as per the card’s terms and conditions.

Are reward points equal to currency?

No. Reward points are not equivalent to currency and have a redemption value determined by the Bank. The value may vary across products, services or catalogue categories.

Do add-on card spends earn reward points?

Yes. Eligible spends made on add-on cards earn reward points, which are accumulated under the primary cardholder’s account.

What is accelerated reward?

Accelerated reward refers to the benefit of earning additional reward points on specific categories or partner merchants, such as travel, hotel bookings or online shopping, beyond the standard earn rate.

What are the Terms and Conditions for redeeming products?

The Terms and Conditions for redemption include reward point validity, applicable delivery timelines, return or replacement policies and the points required for each product category as listed on the ICICI Bank Rewards portal.

Do Reward points expire?

Yes. ICICI Bank Reward Points issued on ICICI Bank Credit Cards carry a validity of 3 years from the date of issuance, after which they automatically expire if not redeemed.

Why did I not receive reward points for my purchase?

You may not receive reward points if the transaction type is not eligible under the rewards program. Certain spends such as fuel, cash withdrawals, EMI conversions, fee payments or wallet loads may not earn reward points as per the card’s terms and conditions.

Do I lose my reward points if I close my Credit Card?

Yes. Any unredeemed reward points will be forfeited when you close your Credit Card account.

Can I redeem points for bill payment or statement credit?

Yes, but only if your specific ICICI Bank Credit Card offers this feature, as redemption options vary by card type and rewards program.

Are there any charges for redemption of reward points?

Yes. A Redemption Handling Fee of ₹99 plus applicable GST is charged for every redemption request. This fee along with the GST amount, will appear in your monthly Credit Card statement.

Can I change the item I have ordered if the number of reward points being redeemed are the same?

No. Once a redemption request is placed, the selected item cannot be changed, even if the reward points required remain the same.

What is ICICI Bank Rewards?

ICICI Bank Rewards is a loyalty program that allows you to earn reward points on eligible transactions made using your Credit Card on ICICI Bank Rewards Programme, which can later be redeemed for vouchers, merchandise, travel or statement credit depending on the card’s benefits.

How do I avail the BookMyShow offer?

To avail the BookMyShow offer, select your movie, seats, location and showtime, proceed to the payment page, accept the terms and conditions, open the Offers/Apply Promo Codes section, choose Credit Cards, search for ICICI, select the applicable offer for your card (for example, “Up to ₹500 off on 2nd ticket” or “25% off up to ₹100 on 2nd ticket”), enter your complete Credit Card number and continue to make the payment.

Is there a limit on the free movie ticket value?

Yes. The value of the complimentary movie ticket is capped as per the specific offer and terms applicable to your ICICI Bank Credit Card. Limits may vary based on the card variant.

Is there a limit on the price of the free movie ticket on BookMyShow?

Yes. The free ticket value under the BookMyShow offer is capped based on your ICICI Bank Credit Card type:

I applied for the offer, but my transaction did not get through on BookMyShow. Now I am unable to avail the offer. What should I do?

If you see “Transaction failed,” wait 20 minutes and retry; if message is “Stock for the day is exhausted,” the offer inventory is depleted.

My booking has been rejected, but my credit card has been charged. What do I do?

If the booking failed but you were charged, BookMyShow will send a reversal request the same day; the charge should reverse automatically. You may contact Customer Care if reversal is delayed.

Do I get complimentary travel insurance with my Credit Card?

Some ICICI Bank Credit Cards offer complimentary travel insurance, available only on select card variants and subject to eligibility, coverage limits and the card’s terms and conditions. For detailed policy coverage, limits and claim procedures, please refer to the Terms & Conditions provided on the respective credit card product page.

Are movie offers available on weekends or only weekdays?

Movie offers on ICICI Bank Credit Cards are available on all days, subject to offer terms and daily quota availability.

What is Airport Lounge Access?

Airport Lounge Access is a benefit offered on eligible ICICI Bank Credit Cards that provides complimentary visits to domestic or international airport lounges, allowing you to relax and enjoy services such as seating, refreshments and Wi-Fi before your flight.

My Credit Card is undelivered and returned to the Bank. How can I get it re-dispatched?

You can request re-dispatch of your Credit Card through Internet Banking under Cards > Credit Cards > Manage Your Credit Card > View All > Replacement/Renewal card not received, or by calling Customer Care from your registered mobile number. The first delivery attempt will be made within 5 working days from the date of request.

My Credit Card is going to expire. When will I receive the renewal card?

You will typically receive your renewal Credit Card about 10 days before your current card’s expiry date. Your existing card remains valid until the last day of the month printed on the card. If you do not receive the renewal card, you can raise a request through Internet Banking or by contacting Customer Care.

What if I do not receive the renewal card?

If you do not receive your renewal Credit Card, you can raise a non-receipt request through Internet Banking under Cards > Credit Cards > Manage Your Credit Card > View All > Replacement/Renewal card not received, or call Customer Care from your registered mobile number for assistance.

I have blocked my Credit Card. How can I get a replacement card?

You can request a replacement Credit Card by calling Customer Care from your registered mobile number. Once the request is placed, the first delivery attempt is typically made within 5 working days.

Will I be intimated with courier details of credit card once it is dispatched from the Bank?

Yes. You will receive SMS and email alerts with courier name and airway bill number when the card is dispatched.

How can I know whether my mobile number is registered with ICICI Bank?

If you receive transaction alerts on your mobile, your number is registered; alternatively call Customer Care from your registered mobile number for confirmation.

I want the User ID and Password for my ICICI Bank Credit Card login. How do I get them?

To get your User ID, call Customer Care and follow the self-banking option; to generate a password, use the “Get Password” link on the ICICI Bank login page and follow the steps to validate your registered mobile number.

How can I change my credit card User ID?

You can change your Internet Banking User ID for credit cards by logging in to Internet Banking > My Profile > Update user ID; note this is a one-time change

How do I register credit card for online bill payment?

Register your card as a biller via Internet Banking: Payments & Transfer > Pay Bills > Bill Payment >Credit Card > Select “ICICI Bank Credit Card” and provide the 16-digit card number to complete registration.

How do I enable online transaction on my ICICI Bank Credit Card?

Log in to iMobile Pay > Cards & Forex > Choose your Credit Card > Manage Card > Enable Online/International/Tap & Pay, or use Internet Banking > Cards > Credit Cards > Manage your Card > View All > Manage Credit Card > Manage Credit Card Usage.

Can I get an OTP by e-mail for my ICICI Bank Credit Card?

No. For security, OTPs are sent only to your registered mobile number; ensure your mobile number is updated with the Bank.

How do I pay my Credit Card bill?

You can pay your Credit Card bill through iMobile App, Internet Banking, UPI, NEFT, auto-debit, cheque or cash payment, depending on your preference.

Can I pay through ATM?

Yes. You can make your payment through select ICICI Bank ATMs that accept cash or cheque deposits for Credit Card payments.

What happens if cheque payment is delayed?

If your cheque payment is not received and cleared by the due date, late payment charges and interest will be applied on the outstanding amount as per the Credit Card Terms & Conditions.

What happens if I make excess payment?

Any excess amount paid becomes a credit balance on your Credit Card account and will be automatically adjusted against your future transactions or outstanding dues.

Can I make the payment of amount due on card deducting the refund received from merchant?

Yes. Merchant refunds, reversals, chargebacks or permanent fraud credits posted to your card are treated as payments and will be adjusted against your outstanding balance.

I made an excess payment to my credit card by mistake. How can I get it back?

Excess payment is automatically adjusted toward future transactions; for queries call Customer Care or email customer.care@icicibank.com from your registered email with the last 4 digits of your card.

Can I change my billing cycle?

Yes. You may request a change in your billing cycle once every six months, provided this feature is available on your specific Credit Card. Approval is subject to the Bank’s internal policies.

Is there any charge for online bill payment facility on credit card?

No. Bill payment facility through Internet Banking is free of cost.

How will my payment get adjusted in case of cash withdrawal?

Payments are allocated in a prescribed order: income and charges, then EMI principal, cash principal and retail principal, as per the Bank’s payment application logic.

The ICICI Bank Credit card payment was made but is not reflecting online - what should I do?

Please allow up to 24 hours for the payment to reflect in your Credit Card account. If it still does not appear after this period, contact Customer Care with the payment reference details for assistance.

How should I set up Auto Debit on my Credit Card?

You can set up Auto Debit through the iMobile app by selecting Cards & Forex > Choose your Credit Card > Manage > Manage Auto Pay, or via Internet Banking under Cards > Credit Cards > Manage Your Credit Card > View All > Manage Auto Pay. You can also activate Auto Debit by submitting the printed Auto Debit form to the Bank.

From where can I get the auto debit form?

Download the Auto-Debit form from www.icicibank.com > Form Center > Auto-Debit Facility under Credit Card, fill, sign and send to the address on the form; you can also activate auto-debit online via Internet Banking or iMobile if linked to the savings account.

Will auto-debit get activated on my credit card automatically if I link my Savings account to my credit card?

No. Linking accounts does not activate auto-debit; you must complete the Auto Debit registration process to enable it.

How can I change the Auto Debit option from Minimum Amount Due to Total Amount Due or vice versa?

You can change the Auto Debit option through the iMobile app or Internet Banking or by calling Customer Care from your registered mobile number and completing authentication.

What are the conditions of Auto Debit?

  • If Auto Debit is for minimum due and you make a partial payment less than minimum due, Auto Debit will only take the remaining minimum.
  • If Auto Debit is for total due and you make a part payment, Auto Debit will collect the remaining total due.
  • Auto Debit will not trigger if payment is made 5 days before the due date.

How do I see my Credit Card number online?

You can view your Credit Card number by logging into the iMobile app or Internet Banking and selecting your Credit Card details.

EMI & Personal Loans on Credit Card (PLCC)

Can I change my EMI or PLCC EMI billing date?

No. EMI billing dates cannot be changed; the EMI amount will continue to appear in your Credit Card statement.

How can I make the payment towards my credit card EMI transactions?

EMI amounts are included in your monthly Credit Card statement and can be paid through any regular Credit Card payment method; no separate payment is required.

Will a separate statement be generated for my PLCC account?

No. New PLCC conversions follow the same statement date and payment due date as your Credit Card.

Can I foreclose or prepay my loan on my Credit Card?

Yes. You can foreclose the EMI or PLCC on your credit card through iMobile app by visiting Cards & Forex > Manage Card > EMI Closure or through Internet Banking by visiting Cards > Credit Card > EMI Closure . Alternatively, you can foreclose your EMI or PLCC loan by calling Customer Care from your registered mobile number or by emailing customer.care@icicibank.com with the last four digits of your Credit Card for further assistance. Part-payment option is not provided in EMI or PLCC.

Will I earn reward points after converting a transaction into EMI?

No. Reward points are not earned on EMI transactions or on purchases that have been converted into EMI.

How do I check the remaining EMI tenure?

You can check your remaining EMI tenure through the iMobile app, Internet Banking or by contacting Customer Care from your registered mobile number.

How do I place a request for an amortisation/repayment schedule?

You can download a soft copy of the amortisation schedule on iMobile by visiting Cards & forex>Manage Card>EMI Summary> download by selecting the PLCC/EMI transaction or alternatively you can request a soft copy of the amortisation/repayment schedule by calling Customer Care or by emailing customer.care@icicibank.com with the last four digits of your Credit Card. Soft copies are sent to your registered email ID within 1 working day.

I want to convert a transaction into EMI. What are the EMI tenure options available?

Retail transactions of ₹1,500 and above can be converted into EMI with tenure options of 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 or 24 months. Cash, jewellery and fuel transactions are not eligible for EMI conversion.

Interest Charges & Statements

When will the interest charge stop on my Credit Card?

Interest charges stop immediately once the complete outstanding dues are paid in full as per the statement and within the due date.

How do I place a request for an interest calculation sheet?

You can request a soft copy or physical copy of the interest calculation sheet by calling Customer Care or by emailing customer.

care@icicibank.com with the last four digits of your Credit Card. Soft copies are sent to your registered email ID within 3 days, and physical copies are delivered to your registered mailing address within 7 days of the request.

How do I open my Credit Card e-statement?

Your e-statement is password protected. The password consists of the first four letters of your name (as printed on your Credit Card, in lowercase) followed by your date and month of birth in DDMM format. The password is case sensitive and should not include spaces or special characters. If you are unable to open the statement, please contact Customer Care for assistance.

How do I get my Credit Card Account statement?

You can view your current statement, last statement and past statements going back up to 5 years. You can also select a custom date range to view or download older statements within this available period through Internet Banking or the iMobile app.

Want to know why interest charges are levied on my Credit Card?

Interest is charged when the Total Amount Due is not paid by the due date. It accrues on the total outstanding balance and on all new transactions from the transaction date until previous dues are fully cleared. Interest is also levied on cash advances from the date of withdrawal until repayment.

What should I do if I lose my Credit Card?

You should block your Credit Card immediately through the iMobile app under Cards & Forex > Block, or via Internet Banking by navigating to Cards > Credit Cards > Manage Your Credit Card > Block Card. You can also call Customer Care from your registered mobile number or visit the nearest ICICI Bank branch to block the card and request a replacement.

I realised that I’ve lost my card after receiving transaction alerts. The transactions happened without my knowledge. Can I raise a dispute?

You may raise a dispute; however, claims for transactions made before the card was blocked may not be accepted, as financial liability for unauthorised transactions prior to blocking rests with the cardholder.

What should I keep in mind while visiting high-risk countries?

When travelling to high-risk countries, inform the Bank in advance, enable only the required transaction channels on your Credit Card, and monitor all SMS and email alerts closely for any unusual activity. It is also advisable to replace your card after returning if it was used in a high-risk region.

How can I withdraw a dispute initiated on my Credit Card?

You can withdraw a dispute by calling Customer Care from your registered mobile number or by emailing customer.care@icicibank.com with the last four digits of your Credit Card and the request details

What documents do I need to submit for a disputed transaction?

You must download and fill the Transaction Dispute Form (CDF) from the ICICI Bank website and submit it along with supporting documents based on the dispute type. For example, provide merchant communication for goods or services not received, cancellation proof for unprocessed refunds, or payment proof if the transaction was paid by another mode.

Why is my ICICI Bank Credit Card declined due to security reasons?

Your Credit Card may be declined for security reasons if the Bank detects suspicious activity, a high-risk payment location, incorrect OTP entry or an unusual spending pattern. To confirm and unblock the card if required, please contact Customer Care on 1800 1080 from your registered mobile number.

What if the customer is passing by a terminal and a contactless transaction takes place?

A contactless transaction cannot occur accidentally. The card must be held within close proximity (around 4 cm) of the terminal, and the cashier must first enter the transaction amount before the tap is processed.

What if there is a fraudulent transaction?

If you notice a fraudulent transaction, report it to the Bank immediately. The Bank will investigate the issue and may provide temporary liability protection based on the card’s terms and the time of reporting. Blocking your card promptly helps prevent further unauthorised use.

What if the customer waves the Contactless Credit Card twice at the terminal? Will he or she be charged twice?

No. Even if the card is tapped multiple times, the system processes only one transaction for the purchase.

How can I block my Credit Card?

You can block your Credit Card instantly through the iMobile app under Cards & Forex > Block, or via Internet Banking by navigating to Cards > Credit Cards > Manage Your Credit Card > Block Card. You can also block the card by calling Customer Care from your registered mobile number or by visiting the nearest ICICI Bank branch.

What should I keep in mind for online transactions?

What should I do if my Credit Card is stuck in an ATM?

Can anyone call Customer Care or visit a branch and change the limit on my card?

No. A third party cannot request a limit change on your behalf. The Bank will authenticate the account holder before processing any limit modification request.

Can I have only one User ID for all ICICI Bank relationships?

Yes. You can link multiple ICICI Bank relationships—such as savings accounts, Credit Cards and Demat accounts—to a single Internet Banking User ID, provided key details like your name, date of birth and communication address match. Joint account linking is subject to specific rules.
