Will I lose my reward points after cancelling my card?

In the event of the cardholder’s death, how can one request for card cancellation?

The nominee of the primary cardholder can request any ICICI Bank branch for card cancellation. A copy of the death certificate of the primary Cardholder should be presented and attached with the Credit Card cancellation request form.
