• Proof of signature (not required if PAN is submitted)

 

• DOB proof (not required if PAN is submitted)

 

• Proof of office address (GST Certificate, Business Registration Certificate, Gumastaa, Udhyam Registration Certificate, Utility Bill, ITR)

 

• ITR for 2 years

 

• Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Computation of Income and Audit Report, wherever applicable (CA Certification is required only for Audited Financials)

 

• GST returns for the last 12 months, if applicable

 

• Last 6 months Bank Statement

 

• Udhyam Registration Certificate for MSME Entities

 

• Business Profile

 

• Professional qualification certificate for self employed non professional, if applicable
