Visit https://www.isic.co.in/campaign/visa and click Order Card.
Enter the required details, including a valid email ID (cannot be changed later).
Upload your photograph and review the mock-up card.
Enter the first six digits of your ICICI Bank Visa Forex Card in the Discount Voucher section.
Place the order and upload your required documents using the link sent to your email.
After verification, your digital ISIC Card and serial number will be issued via email.
