Farmers aged between 18 and 65 years who own agricultural land and are actively engaged in farming or allied activities such as dairy, sugarcane or animal husbandry are eligible to apply for the Kisan Credit Card and Agri Term Loans.

We offer Farmer Finance loans under various categories to suit specific requirements. You can find the categories in the next section.

Kisan Credit Card (KCC)/ Crop Loan is a specially designed product catering to crop cultivation and related farming expenses required by farmers.

Type of Facility: You can use our KCC Overdraft facility to meet the cost of cultivation, repairs and maintenance of farm assets, household consumption and other pre and post-harvest expenses. We also offer Crop Loans for meeting the additional costs related to soil reclamation, storage, packaging and other post-harvest expenses.

Term Loans are also offered for meeting investment credit requirements for agriculture and development loans, such as land development, minor irrigation etc.

This loan is provided to meet the short-term credit requirements for rearing of animals

Type of facility: Overdraft – For meeting working capital requirements

Product features

Age: 18–65 years (Co-applicant is mandatory)

Tenure: 5 years

Eligibility: Funding shall be based on the scale of finance fixed by the District Level Technical Committee (DLTC) based on the local cost worked out for each animal.

This loan can be given to meet the short-term credit requirements for rearing of fish, shrimp, other aquatic organisms, capture of fish.

Tenure: 5 years

Eligibility: Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in this segment with a fishpond of a minimum of 3 acres

Designed for large farmers who have multiple/ additional sources of income in addition to agricultural income.

This loan can be given to farmers carrying out agricultural and allied activities, having an additional source of income, along with crop income. The purpose of this loan is for seasonal requirements under pre and post-harvest activities, viz, spraying, harvesting, grading and transporting of their own produce.

Eligibility: Eligibility shall be based on the income as per ITR or GST of the applicants and co-applicants (if any)

The following are the basic requirements to avail a Kisan Credit Card from ICICI Bank:

• The applicant should be in the age group of 18–65 years
• Owns a piece of agricultural land
• Engaged in agricultural or allied agricultural activities

You need to submit the following documents while availing the loan:

• KYC documents
• Land documents
• Security Post-Dated Cheque (SPDC)
• Any other document, as per the sanction condition
