Surcharge - FuelFuel Surcharge Waiver is applicable when both the below mentioned conditions are fulfilled
1. ICICI Debit card is used on ICICI Bank terminal (On-Us transaction)
2. Transaction is done on select government petrol pumps.

Please note, the Acquirer/Fuel pump may levy surcharge at its own discretion.
Processing Fee for EMI on Debit Card₹ 199 + Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable. Processing fees will be charged which is non-refundable
Fee on cash payment at branches for EMI on Debit Card₹ 100 per instances
Fore closure charges of EMI on DC3% of the outstanding Principal Amount + Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable and Next Month EMI interest charges applicable in advance while foreclosure.
DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion) 

Effective from June 21, 2026 a mark-up fee of 3.50% plus GST will be applicable to all DCC transactions initiated using ICICI Bank Debit Cards at international locations or merchant outlets located in India but registered in a foreign country. (The applicable GST will be 18% of the mark-up amount).

 

Till June 21, 2026, the mark- up fee of 1 % plus GST will be applicable to all DCC transactions initiated using ICICI Bank Debit Cards

Penal Charges:

Auto-Debit return fee for EMI on DCRs. 500 + Goods and Services Tax (GST)

  • Applicable GST charges will levied over and above the above mentioned fees/charges

  • These charges will be applicable to both Fee & Non Fee Debit Cards

  • Joining fees & Annual fees of Fee Debit cards will be levied as per terms & conditions of Fee Debit cards

  • Annual fees of Non-fee Debit Cards will be levied as per terms & conditions of Savings/Current account
