NEFT from any Bank

Pay using Internet Banking linked to the accounts of other banks (if they support NEFT transactions). When you register your ICICI Bank Credit Card as the payee for fund transfer, enter the 15-digit number (in case of American Express Credit Card) or the 16-digit number (in case of Visa/Mastercard Credit Card) as the account number. Pay Credit Card bills instantly from your smartphone.

Auto debit setup

Avoid missed due dates by enabling auto debit from your ICICI Bank Savings Account. Submit a written request to activate this facility on your card’s due date

ATM-based payments

Swipe your ICICI Bank Debit Card at any ICICI Bank ATM. Choose ‘More Options’ to pay your Credit Card bill directly and securely.

Cash deposit at branch

Pay via cash at any ICICI Bank branch. A fee of ₹150 + 18% GST is applicable per payment transaction.

How long does it take for my Credit Card bill payment to reflect?

Credit Card bill payment usually reflects instantly or within a few hours after a  successful transaction. In some cases, it may take up to one working day depending on the payment mode used.

Are there any convenience fees for Credit Card bill payments?

ICICI Bank does not levy convenience charges for Credit Card bill payment made through its digital platforms. However, third-party payment channels may have separate fee structures.

How can I resolve payment failures or disputes?
