ICICI Bank Multi Wallet Prepaid Card

The ICICI Bank Multi Wallet Prepaid Card is a magnetic strip-based reloadable Prepaid Card, which is loaded in Indian Rupees. You can use this card to shop at merchant establishments that accept Credit and Debit Cards.

The ICICI Bank Multi Wallet Prepaid Card can be used at any merchant establishment (shop, department store, movie theatre, restaurant etc.) that accepts VISA Credit or Debit Cards. However, the usage of the Card depends upon the wallet configuration as directed by your company. 

Your Card is activated once KYC is completed. It is loaded with funds for use once ICICI Bank receives the funds for the Card from your company.

The validity of the Card is 5 years from the date of issue on the Card.

You can place a request at our Customer Care for a replacement Card. The available balance will be transferred to the new Card when it is issued. Replacement charges of ₹200 + GST will be levied for the new Card.

There is no charge levied on the Card for spends at any merchant establishment or for checking the Card balance at any ICICI Bank ATM. However, balance enquiry done at any other bank’s ATM shall attract charges. No. Funds can be added to your ICICI Bank Multi Wallet Prepaid Card only by your company by way of your salary and reimbursements. There is no restriction on the number of times a Card can be reloaded. 

You can check the balance on your Card using any of the below methods: 

• Send the following SMS to 5676766 / 9215676766:  PCBAL<Space>Last 4 digits of the Card 
• Call our Customer Care on 1800 1080 
• Check at any VISA-enabled ATM in India 
• Check using the ICICI Bank InstaBIZ app.

You can get the last 10 transactions made on your Card by calling our Customer Care on 1800 1080. Alternatively, you can also log into the Self Care Portal with your User ID and Password for getting the details. 

There is no need to maintain a minimum balance on your Card. However, keeping a healthy balance on your Card will help you in times of emergency. 

Most ATMs have the facility to check the balance on your Card. However, cash withdrawal is not permitted.  

If you forget your PIN, you can generate a new PIN using any of the below methods:

• Log into the Prepaid Card Self Care Portal at this link: https://inrprepaid.icicibank.com/customer/login.jsp 
• Send the following SMS to 5676766: PCPIN<Space>Last 4 digits of Card 

Absolutely. To ensure maximum security, sign inside the signature panel present on the reverse of your ICICI Bank Multi Wallet Prepaid Card as soon as you get it. Every time you use your Card, you need to sign on the charge slip (produced by the Electronic Data Capture machine at the time of purchase) to complete the transaction at the merchant establishment. The merchant shall match this signature with the signature present on the back on your Card, thus ensuring protection against unauthorised usage of your Card.

If your ICICI Bank Multi Wallet Prepaid Card is lost or stolen, report it to our Customer Care on 1800 1080 immediately, so that your Card can be blocked to prevent any misuse. We will then provide you with a replacement Card through your company.
