You can access your account through the iMobile app, ICICI Bank Internet Net Banking, ATMs, and phone banking for balance enquiry, statements, fund transfers, and service requests.

Yes. Updates to mobile number, email address, or communication preferences can be made via ICICI Bank Net Banking or the iMobile app. For certain updates, branch verification may be required.

Cheque book requests can be raised via the iMobile app, Net Banking.

Interest rate, fees and charges

Monthly Average Balance required in the new savings account is as follows:

  • Metro and Urban locations - ₹ 15,000
  • Semi-urban locations - ₹ 7,500
  • Rural locations- ₹ 2,500

 

Following customers are exempted from the requirement of monthly average balance:

  • Customers fulfilling programme eligibility criteria
  • Pensioners receiving pension in their ICICI Bank Savings Accounts
  • Students of Select Institutes

 

Charges on services like ATM withdrawals, Debit Card, SMS Alerts, etc have been waived off for Senior Citizens. Click here for detailed list of charges. Only Penal Charges are applicable like ECS/NACH Returns, Cheque Returns, etc.
