Please note with effect from October 1, 2023 all Savings Account customers availing Alerts facility through an SMS will be charged 15 paise per sms.
SMS Alerts from ICICI bank
- For your Salary
- Salary credit.
- For your Account
- Account getting debited: When your bank account is debited Rs.5, 000 or more, as specified by you.
- Account getting credited: When your bank account is credited Rs.5,000 or more, as specified by you.
- ATM Cash withdrawal: Whenever you withdraw cash at ATM, irrespective of amount.
- For your Cheques
- Cheque return.
On your account balance
When your balance rises above a limit.
When your balance falls below a limit.
The balance shown is based on the available balance in your account. In case of any discrepancy please SMS IBAL >> last 6 digits of account >> to 5676766 or 9215676766. OR login to your Internet Banking account and check your bank statement online OR call Customer Care.
Please note: You will not receive below SMS alerts, once you de-activate the SMS Alert facility.
For credit transactions in your savings account
For debit transactions in your savings account except
- For transactions done through Debit/ ATM Card,
- For Transaction done on ATM,
- For NEFT and RTGS Transaction once funds are credited in beneficiary account.
On your account balance
- When your balance rises above a limit.
- When your balance falls below a limit.
Our NRI customers can now receive alerts via email by providing their email address during registration.

With this service, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number informing you about your latest banking transactions like credit or debit, cheque return etc in your savings account.
