The following services can be recharged:

  • Prepaid mobile phone number
  • Google Play

Follow these simple steps to recharge a prepaid mobile number:

  • Log into your Internet Banking account
  • Under the ‘Payments & Transfer’ drop-down menu, click on ‘Recharge’
  • Navigate to the ‘Mobile/Data Card Recharge’ section and select ‘Mobile Recharge’
  • Enter the mobile number (The network operator & circle will be updated automatically)
  • Choose the payment mode and enter the amount. You can also browse available plans offered by the operator/service provider. Click on ‘Next’
  • Review details, enter the OTP and click on ‘Pay’ to complete the payment.

Follow these simple steps to make a Google Play recharge:

  • Log into your Internet Banking account
  • Under the ‘Payments & Transfer’ drop-down menu, click on ‘Recharge’
  • Navigate to the ‘Google Play Recharge’ section
  • Enter details like mobile number and e-mail ID, choose the payment mode and enter the amount to be recharged. Agree to the declaration and click on ‘Next’
  • Review details, enter the OTP and click on ‘Pay’ to complete the payment.

Prepaid mobile recharge can be done using ICICI Bank’s digital channels for the following service operators/operators:

  • Airtel
  • Jio
  • Vi
  • BSNL
  • MTNL

A request is invalid due to the following reasons:

  • Non-existent mobile number
  • Post-paid mobile number
  • Mobile number which does not belong to a specified operator/circle
  • Incorrect recharge amount.

Once the transaction is completed by you, your request for the recharge is sent to the mobile service provider/operator. If the mobile number is not available with the operator/circle chosen for recharge, the recharge will fail and the refund will be processed within 2 working days. However, if the mobile number provided is available with the operator, it will be recharged, even if it was not the number you wished to recharge. In this case, no refund will be available.

In case you do not receive confirmation of the recharge from the mobile service provider/operator, please check the available talk time or validity of the prepaid mobile number with the concerned service provider/operator. If the talk time or validity has not increased, kindly contact the mobile service provider/operator with the transaction ID of the recharge transaction or provide the mobile number requested for recharge and the transaction date..

Yes, you can. However, if your new operator and circle is not automatically fetched after entering the number, we request you to select it from the list of operators and circles.

No, ICICI Bank does not charge any convenience fee for prepaid mobile recharge on any of our digital channels.

There is a daily limit of ₹10,000 per day per user for prepaid mobile recharge through Net Banking/iMobile/InstaBIZ.

Yes, you can recharge your prepaid mobile using the following payment modes:

  • PayLater (if activated)
