The bank sends updates on loans to their customers on their registered e-mail ID or mobile number. The benefits of updating your e-mail ID and mobile number in your Account are:

• Credit Information Companies (CICs) send alerts through SMS or e-mail, when your Credit Information Report (CIR) is accessed

• The Bank sends alerts through SMS or e-mail, while submitting information to Credit Information Companies (CICs) regarding Default or Days Past Due (DPD) in existing credit facilities

• You will receive other information like the intimation of your Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI) due or bounce and other Account related information on the registered e-mail ID/mobile number

Access your loan details through ICICI Bank’s iMobile app. To download, SMS iMobile to 5676766.
