Redeeming your Gift Card is easy
  • Present the Gift Card to the recipient 
  • The recipient can reset the Card PIN through the following methods: 

    • Download and log in to the 'Pockets by ICICI Bank' app (mobile application) -> Click on 'Prepaid Card' -> Select your Prepaid Card -> Click on 'Set Prepaid Card PIN' -> Enter the PIN and submit. 
    • Register on inrprepaid.icicibank.com/customer/login.jsp . Go to 'My Profile' -> 'My Setup' -> Click on 'RePIN'. Enter the PIN, transaction password and submit. 
    • Call Customer Care on 022-50405238 or 1800 1080.
  • Use the Card at Visa-enabled outlets in India, by swiping the Card and entering the PIN  
  • Alternatively, shop online by entering the Card details with OTP validation.  

Manage your Gift Card with ease

Through SMS:

The recipient can send an SMS to 5676766/9215676766 from their registered mobile number to manage their Card, as given below: 

  • To check Card balance: PCBAL<space>Last 4 digits of the Card number

For example: PCBAL 1234 

  • To reactivate a temporarily blocked or dormant Card: PCACTIVE<space>Last 4 digits of the Card number<space>Expiry date of the Card in MM/YY 

For example: PCACTIVE 1234 12/28 

Through Pockets by ICICI Bank:

  • Reset PIN: Easily reset or generate a PIN for new or existing Gift Cards 
  • Set Spending Limits: Control your expenses by defining transaction limits 
  • Block / Unblock Cards: Secure your Card if misplaced and unblock it anytime 
  • Enable or disable transactions: Manage usage settings with a single tap.
