Rubyx Debit Card FAQs

How are reward points calculated on the Rubyx Debit Card?

On every ₹200 spent on the Rubyx Debit Card, Cardholders earn 3 reward points on domestic transactions and 6 reward points on international transactions. Please note that some spend categories do not earn reward points.

What are the daily withdrawal limits of the Rubyx Debit Card?

The Rubyx Debit Card has high daily withdrawal limits. You can withdraw up to ₹1,50,000 at both domestic and international ATMs. The monthly limit is capped as per the customer segment.

With the Rubyx Debit Card, Cardholders can avail airport lounge access for a maximum of 2 times in a quarter if they have made transactions worth ₹10,000 on the Card in the previous calendar quarter.

Can I use my Rubyx Debit Card for online international transactions?

Yes, the Rubyx Debit Card can be used for online international transactions. It’s equipped with the necessary security features like 3D Secure (3DS) to ensure safe and secure payments. Make sure international transactions are enabled on your Card by contacting Customer Care or through iMobile or Net Banking.

What are the criteria for availing domestic lounge access?

To enjoy domestic lounge access, you must spend ₹10,000 or more on your Rubyx Debit Card in a calendar quarter. This entitles you to avail the lounge access benefit in the following calendar quarter. The benefit is exclusively applicable to the primary Cardholder.

Can I get discounts on movie tickets through the Rubyx Debit Card?

Yes, you can get discount of 25% upto ₹200 on movie tickets purchased through BookMyShow and 25% upto ₹75 on movie tickets purchased through INOX
