Blocking of ATM/Debit card
- In case there is an unauthorized transaction on your ATM/Debit card, we request you to block the ATM/Debit card immediately and contact our 24-hour Customer Care or visit your nearest ICICI Bank branch
- Temporarily blocked ATM/ Debit card can be unblocked by any one of the below methods –
- Login through your Internet Banking user ID and password
- Login into iMobile
- Call up ICICI Bank Customer Care on 1800 1080
- Visit nearest ICICI Bank branch
- Active and/or temporarily blocked ATM/Debit cards can be blocked permanently
- In case the ATM/Debit card which you are blocking permanently is in your possession, please destroy the ATM/Debit card by cutting it into 4 pieces, once the ATM/Debit card is blocked
- ATM/Debit card is mandatory for online transactions. You can request for reissue of a new ATM/Debit card
- The primary account holder accepts these terms and conditions, on behalf of the joint holder
- These terms and conditions are in addition to the primary terms and conditions applicable for Savings Account and those governing Internet Banking service of ICICI Bank as updated from time to time on ICICI Bank website www.icicibank.com
Unblocking of ATM/Debit card
- The facility is in addition to the existing service available through our branches and cannot be claimed as a right at any point of time. In case of non-availability of the facility online due to technical reasons, you are requested to contact our 24-hour Customer Care or visit nearest ICICI Bank branch for further assistance
- The primary account holder accepts these terms and conditions, on behalf of the joint holder
- These terms and conditions are in addition to the primary terms and conditions applicable for Savings Account and those governing Internet Banking service of ICICI Bank as updated from time to time on ICICI Bank website Click here
