This programme provides an easier way to earn, track and redeem your Reward Points.

Where can I see the points accrued on my cards under the ICICI Bank Rewards Programme?

Please follow the below mentioned steps to arrive at the Points Balance page:

  • Selfcare Portal: Login to Selfcare Portal > ICICI Bank Rewards > Redeem Reward Points
  • Internet Banking: Login to Internet Banking > Cards & Loans > Redeem Reward Points
  • iMobile: Login to the iMobile app > Cards and Forex > Select Card to see available Reward Points.

Why is the Rewards Programme changing from handpicked rewards to ICICI Bank Rewards?

We are introducing the ICICI Bank Rewards Programme to provide you with an enhanced and more extensive range of rewards and benefits, ensuring a better overall experience.

Where will my points go after the migration?

You will still be able to see your points. In fact, you will get a one-time bonus along with your existing Reward Points.

Will the value of my Reward Points change in the ICICI Bank Rewards Programme?

While the value of individual Reward Points may differ, ICICI Bank Rewards has brought premium offerings that can offset the difference. 

Will my existing handpicked/Xpress Reward Points expire during the migration?

No, your existing Reward Points will be migrated to the ICICI Bank Rewards Programme along with the additional one-time bonus points.

How can I access the ICICI Bank Rewards catalogue?

You can access the ICICI Bank Rewards catalogue by logging in to Internet Banking or the iMobile app.

  • Internet Banking: Login into Internet Banking > Go to Cards and Loans > Click on ICICI Bank Rewards> Click on Redeem Now

Yes, ICICI Bank Reward Points have an expiry of three years, post the date of issuance.

Do I need to enrol for the ICICI Bank Rewards Programme?

You do not need to enrol for the programme. If you hold an eligible ICICI Bank Credit Card, benefits of the ICICI Bank Rewards Programme automatically apply to you.
