Will I get reward points when I use my ICICI Bank Titanium Debit Card for transactions abroad? 

Yes, you get 1 reward point for every ₹ 200 you spend abroad with your ICICI Bank Titanium Debit Card.

Within what timeframe should I report my lost, stolen or misplaced ICICI Bank Titanium Debit Card?

You should report your lost, stolen or misplaced ICICI Bank Titanium Debit Card to Customer Care on 1800 1080 within 15 days, along with the required supporting documents.

Is it safe to use my ICICI Bank Titanium Debit Card abroad?

Yes, it is completely safe to use your ICICI Bank Titanium Debit Card abroad. The Card incorporates advanced fraud-prevention technology and protection against data theft via an EMV chip.

Can I increase my ICICI Bank Titanium Debit Card limit?

Yes, you can increase or decrease your Titanium Debit Card limits using Net Banking or  ICICI Bank's iMobile app.

What should I do if I don't receive SMS transaction alerts for the transactions carried out on my Titanium Debit Card?

If you are not receiving SMS alerts, contact Customer Care on 1800 1080 or visit any ICICI Bank branch. Ensure that your registered mobile number is active to receive transaction alerts.

* How many airport lounge visits do I get each quarter with the ICICI Bank Titanium Debit Card?

 

If you are enrolled in Select Banking Program and have opened Savings Account on or after 01 August 2025, you get a maximum of 1 domestic airport lounge visits each quarter, with minimum spends of ₹10,000 quarterly or meeting program eligibility of deposits and balances of ₹2 lakh quarterly or Relationship value of ₹25 lakhs (Deposits + Account balance + Investments + Demat holdings) quarterly. Spends cycle: Spends incurred between 01–31 of the 3 months of a calendar quarter will be considered and lounge access will be provided starting 5th of the next month following the quarter end.

What is the lounge access criteria in case of Family Banking?

For Savings Family:

If customers have opted for family banking, then they will have to maintain 1.5X of the programme eligibility criteria at Family ID level. If 1.5X is maintained at family level, all family members will enjoy lounge access. If the criteria are not met at family ID level, then individual spends criteria of ₹10,000 in the previous quarter shall apply.

For Salary Family:

Individual spends of Rs. 10,000 on the Debit Card in last quarter is to be checked for all. If the criteria are not met and family members with Savings Account are part of Select Banking, Wealth Management or Private Banking programme, individual programme eligibility criteria will be considered to provide lounge access. For Salary Account holders, only ₹10,000 spends on Debit Card in the previous quarter will be considered.
