Trade Online

Trade Online helps you manage all your trade transactions digitally through a single secure portal. It enables you to initiate, approve and track your trade finance requests online with real-time status updates, reducing paperwork and branch visits. You gain faster turnaround, better visibility of your exposures and due dates, and stronger control through complete digital records and audit trails.

You can access Trade Online by just logging in to your corporate Internet banking account using your CIB corporate ID, user ID and password. The Trade Online option will be enabled on completion of the registration process with the Bank.

No need to submit physical documents in case the transaction is initiated through an online platform; however, documents may be required to be submitted in case required by any regulator.

For customers availing CIB access with Self-Authorization access can directly onboard on to Trade Online.

For customers availing CIB access with maker and checker access, can submit TradeOnline onboarding request digitally

Login to Corporate Internet Banking > Trade > Activate Trade Online – Fill in the details

In addition to the above options corporate customers can fill up the Trade Online request letter and provide the supporting documents like Board Resolution or Partnership Mandate to your Relationship Manager. Once activated, you will welcome mailer from ICICI Bank.

No fee is charged for availing this facility.

Yes, if a corporate user is maintaining a self-authorization role on CIB i.e., only Maker without any checker, such users can onboard real time on to Trade Online.

If Corporate wants to replicate same workflow(maker & checker) as CIB then user need to follow the steps below:

Login to CIB -> Click on Trade -> Activate Trade Online-> Select the workflow and users-> Click on Submit (onboarding request is submitted digitally)
