ICICI Bank InstaBIZ is an all-in-one business banking mobile app that provides all services under one roof to help customers with their business requirements. They can apply for an overdraft, make payments, order a chequebook and do a lot more with the app anytime, anywhere. This app is now available for all ICICI Bank and non-ICICI Bank customers.

How can customers make payments through ICICI Bank InstaBIZ?

Existing ICICI Bank Current Account customers can make payments using ICICI Bank InstaBIZ through multiple modes:

  • Funds Transfer - NEFT, RTGS and IMPS:
    Go to ‘Fund Transfer’ > Register a Beneficiary > Authenticate > Enter amount > Proceed.

    (Quick Fund transfer option helps for payment ₹20,000 per day per payee without registering beneficiary)
  • UPI – Go to UPI > Enter UPI ID or Contact No or VPA details or Scan QR > Authenticate > Enter amount > proceed

What services are available on the ICICI Bank InstaBIZ app?
  • Customers can use the ICICI Bank InstaBIZ app for:
  • Payments solutions – Fund Transfer, UPI, Bill Payments and GST

No. ICICI Bank does not charge a fee for using the ICICI Bank InstaBIZ app. Your telecom operator may charge a fee for data usage (internet browsing) or for the SMS service on your mobile device.

Which services are available to a ‘Guest User’?

A ‘Guest User’ can avail the following services on the ICICI Bank InstaBIZ app:

  • Link any bank account to start transacting
  • Access Merchant Services and Instant merchant onboarding for UPI or QR
  • Apply for Instant Overdraft
  • Open a Current Account, RERA Account or Trade Account
  • Trade Emerge platform for all export-import transactions.

Yes, role-based access allows log in as either a ‘Maker’ or a ‘Checker’. A ‘Maker’ can raise an approval request and a ‘Checker’ can approve the request using the ICICI Bank InstaBIZ app.
