Delivery Stages
Listed below are the various stages in the dispatch of a deliverable:
- Dispatched: Your deliverable is handed over to the courier company by ICICI Bank for dispatch.
- In-Transit, awaiting delivery information: Your deliverable is dispatched by ICICI Bank and is in transit. Awaiting updates from the courier company.
- Attempted, awaiting delivery information: The first delivery attempt was unsuccessful. The courier company will attempt delivery again.
- Shipment delivered: Your shipment is delivered.
- Undelivered, returned to Bank: Delivery attempts were unsuccessful. Your deliverable was returned to ICICI Bank. Contact 1800 1080 or any ICICI Bank Branch, for assistance.
