1. To avail the offer, customers should use the Swiggy app / website.

4. The offer is valid only during the offer period i.e., from Jan 01, 2026  to Mar 31, 2026, both days inclusive.

5. The offer is applicable once per month per user / per user account on Swiggy.

6. The offer is not applicable on ICICI Bank Corporate Cards, ICICI Bank Credit Cards, ICICI Bank Debit Cards and UPI.

7. The offer is valid on registered restaurants at Swiggy on single delivery per user per user account during the offer period.

8. In case the order is cancelled due to the restaurant / item being unavailable, the offer will be reinstated for the customer to avail it on a subsequent order.

9. ICICI Bank & Swiggy reserve the right to mutually cancel / change / modify / add / delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice.

10. ICICI Bank & Swiggy reserve the right to mutually terminate the offer at any time without notice.

11. Swiggy reserves the right to deny honouring the offer on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any customer without providing the customer any explanation thereof.

12. In no event shall Swiggy be liable for any abuse or misuse of the code due to the negligence of the customer.
