This “Discount” marketing promotion (“Offer”) is run by ICICI Bank (“ICICI”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”).
Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit Card or availing EMI facility from ICICI Bank to make a purchase at the stores of merchant & the online channels.

All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
