2 Procedure for linking relationships Through ICICI Bank.com By filling Internet Banking form and dropping it at the Branch/ATM drop box
 
3 How Can I link the above mentioned accounts? Login to www.icicibank.com using your Internet Banking User id and password You need to mention the following in the Internet Banking Form
Click on "Write To Account Manager" on the left hand menu in banking section Full Name
Click "Compose" and select
"Link my Savings account to my User id “for linking your savings account or		 Mailing Address
You need to mention Email address
Mailing Address Telephone Nos
Date of Birth Date of Birth
Mother's Maiden Name Mother's Maiden Name
Bank Account No./Credit Card No. Your existing Internet Banking User id (if available)
  Bank account No./Credit Card/Demat Account No.
  Sign the form
 
4. Action by ICICI Bank.com If the particulars mentioned by you match our records, ICICI Bank would link the requested accounts. If the particulars mentioned by you match our records, ICICI Bank would link the requested accounts.
 
5. View through your Internet Banking User id Post linking, you will be able to see the linked accounts in the " My Accounts" Page Post linking , you will be able to see the linked accounts in the " My Accounts" Page
 
6. Do's and Don't's about linking your accounts Kindly mention complete name and particulars in legible handwriting.
Your name, address, date of birth and signature should match across accounts to be linked.
Accounts operated by Power Of Attorney(POA) cannot be linked for Internet Banking.
In case of joint accounts, mandate is required on the Internet Banking form along with the signatures of all joint accounts holders.
The Internet Banking User id or Customer Relationship No (CRN) mentioned on the form must belong to the applicant.
Where physical applications are to be made, it is mandatory to made on the Internet Banking form, in absence of which the form will not be processed.
The following relationships cannot be linked:
a   Youngstar accounts cannot be linked to the parent account
b   Credit card cannot be linked to an NRI accounts
c   Addon card cannot be linked to the primary account holders user id
d   A demat account cannot be linked to an HUF account
