1. Download and log in to the 'Pockets by ICICI Bank' app (mobile application) -> Click on 'Prepaid Card' -> Select your Prepaid Card -> Click on 'Set Prepaid Card PIN' -> Enter the PIN and submit.

2. Register on inrprepaid.icicibank.com/customer/login.jsp . Go to 'My Profile' -> 'My Setup' -> Click on 'RePIN'. Enter the PIN, transaction password and submit.

3. Call Customer Care on 022-50405238 or 1800 1080.

How to check the Card balance?

To check the Card balance, the recipient should send this SMS from their registered mobile number to 5676766/9215676766: “PCBAL<space>Last 4 digits of the Card number”.
