Apply for your ICICI Bank Companion Card on the iMobile app and activate it instantly by loading funds. Once you receive the physical Card, you can use it for seamless ATM withdrawals, POS transactions and online purchases.

How to Avail and Activate Your Companion Card:

Steps to get an ICICI Bank Companion Card:

• Log into the iMobile app


• From the dashboard, select 'Cards / Forex / Paylater’ 


• Then select 'Companion Card' and click on 'Apply Now'


• Select your Savings Account


• Click on 'Select Card' to finalise your application.

Note: Ensure your Savings Account has an updated cKYC number. If not, please visit any ICICI Bank Branch to update it. 

Your Companion Card will be delivered to your registered address within 2 to 3 working days.

Steps to Activate Your ICICI Bank Companion Card:

• Log into the iMobile app


• Go to 'Cards / Forex / Paylater’, select 'Companion Card' and click on 'Add Money'


• Select your Savings Account and enter the desired amount 


• Confirm the transaction and click on ‘Get OTP’


• Enter the received OTP and confirm.

The specified amount will be deducted from your Savings Account and loaded onto your Companion Card, activating it instantly.

Once activated and upon receiving the physical Card, you can use it for: 

• Payments at POS terminals (swipe machines)


• E-commerce (online) transactions


• Cash withdrawals from ATMs.
