• ‘Alliance partner’ shall mean Tata Unistore Limited, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for the purpose of providing the Offer.
• ‘Customer/s’ for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid Visa/Mastercard/Amex Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• ‘Card’ shall mean Credit Card which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Programme Period.
• ‘Cardholder’ shall mean a customer to whom a card has been issued and who is authorised to hold the card.
• ‘Offer’ shall mean instant cashback/discount/benefit provided by the ‘Alliance partner’ on purchase of Products/Services on ICICI Bank Credit Card EMI transactions, during the Offer Period at participating stores.
• ‘Offer Period’ shall mean the period commencing from April 3, 2026 to June 30, 2026 both days inclusive.
• ‘Products/Services’ shall mean the goods/benefits/services offered by the Alliance Partner.
• ‘Void Transaction’ shall mean that the transaction has taken place but has been declined /cancelled by the ‘Alliance Partner’ or has been unsuccessful.

All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (‘Terms’) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

• The offer is valid from April 3, 2026 to June 30, 2026.
• The Offer is valid only on Credit Card EMI transactions (including Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card EMI transactions).

• The Net Cart Value is the total cart value arrived at after including all applicable discounts including coupon code but before availing discounts under this Offer. All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
• The Parties with mutual agreement may modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer. The Parties also reserve the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer/s and ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
• The Customer/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Customer/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Customer/s.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the sellers registered with Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured gifts / prizes must be resolved by the Customer/s with the Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / offer availed by the Customer/s under the Alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
