You can earn 2% ICICI Bank reward points on all eligible domestic transactions. However, there is a cap of 5,000 reward points per statement cycle for the following categories:

• Utility payments

• Insurance premium payments

• Education payments

• Government payments (such as property tax, advance tax, fees, court payments, postal payments, etc.)

Additionally, ICICI Bank reward points will not be earned on fuel transactions, rent payments or transactions converted into EMIs. The points earned on such transactions will be reversed.

You are required to provide your PAN Card and Aadhaar Card details followed by a video-based verification with an ICICI Bank employee. You will be required to accept a call request from the ICICI Bank employee and complete your video KYC by answering a few questions asked by them and showing the original PAN Card. Video KYC is available 24x7 on all days.
