ICICI Bank Rewards Programme

ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Cards is launching a new exciting, state of the art ”ICICI Rewards Program’ on 1st April 2022 with a bundle of new offers. The points earned on ICICI Bank Credit Card or Debit Cards from 1 April 2022 will be accrued as a part of the new ICICI Rewards Programme. You will be able to redeem your ICICI Bank Reward Points through ICICI Bank channels from 15 August 2022.

Reward points will be seamlessly accrued into your ICICI Bank Rewards account from 1st April 2022. You will be able to view your ICICI Bank Reward Points on your ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Cards through ICICI Bank channels from 31 August 2022.

All your points accrued under the new ICICI Rewards Program will be available for redemption from 15 August 2022. via ICICI Bank channels.

Redemption of your ICICI Bank Rewards will be enabled from 15 August 2022 through the ICICI Bank channels.

Reward points earned from 1st April 2022 are transferred to your ICICI Rewards account. You will be able to view your ICICI Reward Points earned on your ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Cards from 31st May 2022 on ICICI Bank channels.

Your ICICI Rewards points earned on your ICICI Bank Credit Card will be credited to the ICICI Rewards account on the next date of your upcoming statement date. The new balance can be viewed on ICICI Bank's iMobile app. For example, if your statement date is on 25th of every month, all reward points earned post the last statement date will be visible on 26th of the current month.

Your ICICI Rewards points earned on your ICICI Bank Debit Card will be credited to the ICICI Rewards account on or before the last day of the next month. For example, points earned in the month of April 2022, will be credited to the Rewards account by 31 May 2022.

Please note, the reward points will reflect as zero from 1st April to above mentioned dates for credit card and debit card respectively.

Validity of ICICI Reward points will be 36 months or  3years from the date of point issuance.

The points earned on your ICICI Bank Credit Card or Debit Card under the PAYBACK program are called ICICI Payback (is now Zillion) points.

You will earn Payback (is now Zillion) Reward Points for spends on your ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Card till 31st March 2022. From 1st April 2022, points on spends on your ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Card will accrue under the new ICICI Rewards program.

You will be able to seamlessly redeem/access your  Payback (is now Zillion) reward points that have been accrued until 31st March 2022 like earlier through all PAYBACK channels until the expiry of your PAYBACK Reward Points (After normal expiry of the points, these points will not be renewed): o To redeem through PAYBCAK website, please visit: https://www.payback.in/

•  You can redeem via Payback (is now Zillion) application
•  Payback (is now Zillion) points can also be redeemed through PAYBACK partners

Payback (is now Zillion) points earned has an expiry of 36 months/3years.

Post 31st March, you will be able to redeem or access your points through only Payback (is now Zillion) website or call centre or app or Payback (is now Zillion) partners.

ICICI Bank channels like customer call centre or ICICI Bank's iMobile app or Net Banking will not be accessible for redemption of Payback (is now Zillion) points post 31st March 2022.

The validity of your Payback (is now Zillion) Points earned till 31 March 2022 remains unchanged. Points will be valid for 36 months/ 3years from the date of issuance of the points.

All the points earned till 31 March 2022 will be transferred to Payback (is now Zillion) as usual. You will be able to redeem the same through Payback (is now Zillion) as detailed in Question 10.
