Can I re-activate my Credit Card after cancellation?

Once a Credit Card is cancelled, it cannot be re-activated. You can, however, apply for a new ICICI Bank Credit Card anytime to continue enjoying benefits and offers.

Are there any outstanding dues I need to clear before requesting cancellation?

Yes, please ensure that all bills, EMIs and charges linked to your Credit Card are cleared before initiating a cancellation request.

Will I lose my reward points after cancelling my Card?

Yes, any unredeemed reward points will lapse once your Card is cancelled. We recommend redeeming points before submitting the cancellation request.

In the event of the Cardholder’s death, how can one request for Card cancellation?

The nominee of the primary Cardholder can request any ICICI Bank Branch for Card cancellation. A copy of the death certificate of the primary Cardholder should be presented and attached with the Credit Card cancellation request form.
