Individuals (Applicants & Co-Applicants)

  • Proof of Identity & Proof of Address

    Aadhaar Card / Valid Passport / Driving Licence / Voter ID / PAN Card / Ration Card / NREGA Card / Letter from NPR with name and address

  • Age Proof

    Valid Passport / Driving Licence / Voter ID / NREGA Card / NPR Letter

  • Photographs

    Two recent passport-size photographs

  • Proof of Land Holding

    Document showing agricultural land ownership with an irrigation source

  • Bank Statement & Cheque

    Last 1 month’s bank statement and a cancelled cheque. If the applicant does not have an existing bank account, they can open a new ICICI Bank account with zero balance.

Non-Individuals (Entity Applicants)

  • Identity Proof

    Registration Certificate (Udyam Registration Certificate (URC) for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) tagging), GST or VAT or Service Tax Certificate, Import Export Code (IEC), Certificate under Shops and Establishments Act or other valid registration documents

  • Address Proof

    GST Certificate, Business Registration, Udyam Registration, Rent Agreement with recent utility bill, ITR with address details

  • Financial Proofs

    Audited financial statements, ITRs of firm or promoters, Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) Certificate if banking exposure is ≥ ₹5 crore.

  • Trust

    Trust deed with registration certificate, list of trustees, beneficiaries and settlors with Date of Birth (DOB)

    By-laws, Registration Certificate and list of members with details

  • HUF

    List of adult coparceners attested by the Karta.

    Any individual with >10% ownership

  • Unincorporated association or body of persons

    Any individual with >15% capital or profit share

    Author, trustee or beneficiary with ≥10% beneficial interest

    • Latest one-month salary slip

    • Last 2 years’ ITRs (certified / audited by a CA), computation of income, P and L account, balance sheet
    • GST returns of the last year.
