• If all dues are cleared and records are updated then you will receive your NOC or NDC in 9 working days from the date of request.

• Please place this request if you do not receive the NOC/NDC after 30 days from the last EMI clearance date

• Please check your Loan Account statement to confirm all EMIs are cleared, there are no dues pending and your Loan Account Status is "closed."

• If you have provided your mobile number or email, we will inform you about the closure of your request by SMS or email respectively. Providing the mobile number or email here will not result in an update of your mobile number or email as recorded with us.
