An Instant Home Loan offers instant sanction to select existing customers of ICICI Bank who fulfill the eligibility criteria. Eligibility is based on income, age, credit score and repayment capacity. You can also speed up disbursement by choosing a property from a list of builder projects approved for Home Loan funding by ICICI Bank

Is it mandatory to identify a property before generating the sanction letter?

No, you can generate the sanction letter even if a property is not yet identified. However, you must identify a property within the 6-month validity period.

 

How do I apply for a higher amount?

If you need a higher loan amount, you can add a co-applicant to your loan application

After getting the Instant Home Loan sanction, do I need to submit any documents at the time of disbursement?

Yes. You will need to submit the following documents at the time of disbursement:

  • Property documents of the selected property

  • Disbursement documentation (Our executives / Branch team will assist you)

  • Any other documents as per the sanction letter or property requirements.

If I reduce the tenure of my Instant Home Loan, what will be the effect on the Home Loan amount?

If you reduce the loan tenure, your Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI) will be adjusted accordingly
