Credit Card Login

• Log into your ICICI Bank Net Banking Account.
• Go to 'Customer Service' and choose 'My Profile.'
• Select 'Change Password.'
• Fill in the details and click on 'Update’.
• You will get a confirmation indicating that your password has been successfully changed.

For new customers:

• Call Customer Care and follow the instructions to get your User ID.
• Visit the Net Banking Portal. Click on the ‘Help’ section and get your password. Create a new password and enter your mobile number to receive the OTP. Once you enter the OTP, your password will be changed.
• Next, enter your password and User ID to log in.
• Under the Customer Service menu, select ‘Service Request’.
• Next, go to ‘Link my Credit Card Account to my User ID’
• Complete the form and click on ‘Submit’. 
• You will receive an OTP. Enter it. You will get a notification upon successful completion.

Visit and log in using your User ID and password. Once the dashboard opens, you can easily avail Net Banking services with your Credit Card.
