What is the difference between a regular POS and a Dual-Screen POS?

Both have the same core features, but the Dual-Screen POS has an additional customer-facing screen that enhances transparency, enables branding, and improves customer trust.

Do I need a current account with ICICI Bank to get a POS?

Yes, a current account with ICICI Bank is required for settlements of POS transactions.

What types of payments can be accepted on POS?

Customers have an option to scan and pay through UPI, or swipe or tap using all major cards.

Does POS support features like EMI, Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC), and pre- authorization?

Yes, merchants can offer EMI facilities, Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) for international cards, and pre-authorization for industries like hotels and travel.

Can POS integrate with my billing or ERP system?

Is there a cost involved, and how can I get a POS machine? 

Yes, POS machines come with a rental plan or a one-time payment subscription plan.
