ICICI Bank empanels outsourced vendors for carrying out collection activity on behalf of the Bank. These outsourced vendors engage with the delinquent customers to collect the pending dues and deposit the same with the Bank. The vendors are appointed after conducting necessary background checks to ensure it is in accordance with guidelines issued by the Bank as well as the regulator.
