Terms & Conditions for One Savings Account

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to and regulate the operation of the “Privilege Banking Savings Account” (the “Account”) offered by ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) in addition to the Terms and Conditions of the standard “Savings Account” (the “Primary Terms and Conditions”) as available on www.icici.bank.in and are in addition to and not in derogation of Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail. All capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as specified under Primary Terms and Conditions.

 

 

The minimum monthly average balance (hereinafter referred to as “MAB”) requirement are as follows:

  • Blue Privilege Savings Account: MAB of Rs. 10,000 to be maintained in the account.
    Non-maintenance of the required MAB in the account in any month attracts a non-maintenance charges. Click here for detail.

  • Gold Privilege Account: MAB of Rs. 50,000 to be maintained in the account.

  • Non-maintenance of the required MAB in the account in any month attracts a non-maintenance charges. Click here for detail.
  • Titanium Privilege Account*: For Titanium Privilege Account MAB of Rs. 1,25,000 to be maintained in the account.
    Non-maintenance of the required MAB in the account in any month attracts a non-maintenance charges. Click here for detail.

    • For Titanium Privilege Accounts opened or existing accounts upgraded to Titanium Privilege Accounts, before or on 30th November, 2012; MAB of Rs. 75,000 to be maintained in the account.
     
    • Non-maintenance of the required MAB in the account in any month attracts non-maintenance charges. Click here for detail.

  • The ONE Account:


    Disclaimer: The ONE Account variants are available for male customer between 18-59 years of age. For women customer the same variants (Magnum and Titanium) are also available under the Advantage Woman Aura Savings Account.


    The ONE account contains two sub variants, as mentioned below:

    • The ONE - Titanium Privilege Account (New. For Household & Salary)- For Titanium Privilege Account, MAB of Rs. 2.0 lacs to be maintained in the account.

    • The ONE - Magnum Privilege Account (Only Household) - For Magnum Privilege Account, MAB of Rs. 1.0 lac to be maintained in the account.

The Customer shall be required to maintain the Monthly Average Balance (MAB) as per the respective variant, as specified in the Service Charges & Fee header available in service and charges section of the Website. An Account may be opened

  • By the Customer in his own name.

  • Two or more persons in their joint names, however the primary account holder shall be a resident Indian between age group of 18 to 59.

 

Debit Card

  • These terms (“The One CardTerms”) for ICICI Bank’s The ONE Debit Cardholders apply to and regulate the issuance and usage of ICICI Bank’s The ONE Debit Card. These Terms are in addition and not in derogation to the standard terms and conditions of ICICI Bank’s Debit Cards (“Debit Card Terms”). In case of any inconsistency between these The One Card Terms and Debit Card Terms, these The One Card Terms shall prevail. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Debit Card Terms and conditions

  • The The ONE Debit Card shall be issued at a Nil annual fee. However, fees shall be subject to change, at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank. For any other fees and charges applicable on the The ONE Debit Card, the Cardholder shall need to refer to the details in the Tariff Annexure of Debit Card.

  • ICICI Bank may also offer additional benefits in the form of promotional offers (“Promotional Offer”) to The ONE Cardholder/s. These Promotional Offer/s may be brought to the The ONE Cardholder from time to time based on additional terms and conditions which shall be communicated with such Promotional Offer/s.

  • The ONE Debit Card can be given to all the The ONE Savings Account customers for The ONE Magnum Privilege Account (Only Household) & The ONE Titanium Privilege Account ( For Household & Salary).

  • The ONE Debit Card will be issued to only those male customers who are opening new The ONE Savings Account effective from 9th Jan 2019.

  • The ONE Debit Card will be deactivated upon closure of The ONE Savings Account

  • The ONE Debit Card will be delivered to customer as per their The ONE Savings Account variant within 45 days of account opening.

  • Offers on debit card are subject to the The ONE Savings Account variant opted by the customer and are subject to change from time to time at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank. The Customer shall be responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions including amendments thereto as may be posted on the Website.

 

The ONE Titanium Salary Savings Account

  • For ICICI Bank’s salary savings account non-maintenance of MAB will not attract any non-maintenance charges.

  • Minimum Net Salary credit requirement for The ONE

Minimum Net Salary as per the required norms above must be credited in each of the 3 calendar months after account opening month. *In case the salary as per the required norms above, is not getting credited for 3 consecutive months, it will lead to hotlisiting of The ONE Debit Card.

 

ICICI Bank shall have the absolute discretion to amend or supplement any of the Terms at any time

ICICI Bank may communicate the amended Terms by hosting the same on the Website or in any other manner as decided by ICICI Bank. The Customer shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms including amendments thereto as may be posted on the Website. Such amended Terms and conditions stipulated by ICICI Bank and/or its Affiliates will thereupon apply to and be binding on the Customer at the expiry of one month from the date of notice.
