I. DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Occasion Kommerce Private Limited (www.skoolshop.com), Hasbro Clothing Limited (www.basicslife.com), Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd. (www.trendin.com), D.V Travels Guru Pvt Ltd (www.travelguru.com), Jade eServices Pvt Ltd (www.jabong.com), who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account credit card account(s), loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) “shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• “Offer” shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner when the ICICI Bank Net Banking User makes a Prepaid Mobile or DTH Recharge transaction in the range of Rs. 200 till Rs. 1500 using ICICI Bank Net Banking, during the Offer Period on the website.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from 15th January 2014 to 31st January 2014, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Website” shall mean the following websites of the Alliance Partners www.skoolshop.com, www.basicslife.com, www.trendin.com, www.travelguru.com, www.jabong.com.
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. OFFER:

• This offer is available only for the customers recharging their mobile/DTH using Prepaid Recharge Service through logged in section.
• To avail benefits under the Offer the ICICI Bank Net Banking User shall be required to make DTH / Prepaid Mobile Recharge transaction in the range of Rs. 200 till Rs. 1500 on the website using ICICI Bank Net Banking service(s), during the Offer Period and shall be eligible for the discount vouchers as mentioned below in the table.

• For DTH recharges above Rs. 1500, discount vouchers worth Rs.2750 only will be provided.
• The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICI Bank Net Banking User(s) selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
• The unique discount vouchers will be provided directly by ICICI Bank, via email in ICICI Bank Net Banking Users secured mailbox within 60 days from the date of transaction.
• Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s is on a voluntary basis.
• The ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s by the Alliance Partners.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.

• To use the E-Voucher, the eligible customer will have to purchase products online on the "website" within the validity period as specified by ICICI bank & needs to enter the Voucher code at the checkout page before making the payment. In case, the customer fails to enter the voucher code, he/she will not be eligible for the benefits and cannot claim the same
• Rs.100 E- Voucher will be valid for one month from the date of receipt by the customer and hence should be redeemed within the validity period of 30 days only .The Alliance Partner & ICICI bank shall not be held liable and responsible for any lapses / unused voucher by the customer
• The Rs.100 E-Voucher is for one time use only and the eligible customer needs to use the same fully in a single transaction. • ICICI Bank and The Alliance Partner Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of availing of Rs.100 E- Voucher offer. The Alliance Partner and ICICI Bank jointly reserve the rights to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of the terms & conditions or to replace wholly or in part this offer by another offer whether similar to this offer or not or to withdraw the offer altogether without any notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever
