Terms and Condition
I. Definitions
- "Customer" shall mean a person who has created a Pockets Wallet on the Pockets app or savings account holder with iMobile app by ICICI Bank and is an Indian Resident.
- "Pockets" shall mean the Pockets by ICICI Bank Digital banking mobile application on which both existing ICICI bank customers and non ICICI bank customers can get onboarded. For existing ICICI Bank savings account/Credit Card customer/s,
- Onboarding can be done through their Debit card grid or OTP whereas for non ICICI Bank users, onboarding can be done by entering minimum details such as mobile number, name and a new ICICI Bank user ID and password can be created.
- "iMobile" shall mean the iMobile by ICICI Bank Digital banking mobile application on which existing ICICI bank customers can get on boarded. For existing ICICI Bank savings account/Credit Card customer/s, onboarding can be done through their Debit card grid or OTP.

- "Offer valid" till September 30, 2018
- Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank's internet banking facility/service.
- "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by ICICI Bank
- All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

- Transact at any of the participating merchants in the promotional offer.
- Cash back eligible for transactions done using Bharat QR only on the participating merchants.
- Minimum transaction size should be as per the above table
- Customer eligible for the Cash Back will be provided with the credit after 30 working days.
- The cash back promotion shall be valid for the first two transactions made by a given Visa payment instrument at each onboarded merchant during the promotion period
- The relevant cashback amount shall be credited into the account of the Promotion Cardholder within 30 (thirty) days of the applicable transaction.
- The terms and conditions of the Promotion Mechanics can be amended from time to time
- The cash back amounts shall be over and above any discount that may be provided by the merchant during the promotion period
- Visa cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the discount offer. Any such participation is voluntary
- In case of any dispute with a Promotion Cardholder the decision of the Promotion Partner shall be final and binding
- The standard terms and conditions of the Promotion Partner apply
