| Terms prescribed by Parties for the Offer to the Customers
| Terms and Conditions by ICICI Bank:
This offer (“Offer”) is made for residents of India (“Customers”) purchasing from Haier Brand Product (“Buying”) from authorised stores.
The offer is applicable on ICICI CC Non-EMI, ICICI CC EMI, DC EMI Transactions sans Amazon CBCC.
For Eligible Card Bin Numbers, please contact ICICI Bank.
The customers are advised to retain the charge slip till the receipt of the cash back amount and in case of any dispute, the amount mentioned on the charge slip would be considered as final
Valid on Easy EMI transactions done on "Brand EMI" option.
The Customer can avail cash back only on 1 (one) transaction per card per month during the offer period.
In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously, no two offers can be combined by the participant. It shall be entirely at discretion of the ICICI to consider any exceptions to the above.
The cashback will be processed for the eligible Customers instantly during the transaction in the form of Instant Discount.
GST on the Interest Amount will not be reversed.
The present terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with, and not in derogation of, the cardholder agreement entered with the ICICI.
In event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Offer and the cardholder agreement, terms of Offer shall prevail.
All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer should be taken up directly with ICICI.
All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the product & services in the store should be taken up directly with Haier & Stores.
The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encash able.
The offer is valid till the stock lasts.
Offer is not applicable on Corporate, NRI Credit Cards
In case of partial/full cancellation/return of the purchased product, the Offer stands void and the Customer will not be eligible for the cashback.
Both the parties shall reserve the right to extend withdraw or terminate this Offer with prior notice to each other in writing.
Both the parties shall reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, with prior notice to each other in writing.
All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer. ICICI will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the Customer, ICICI reserves the right to deny the Offer.
Terms and Conditions by Alliance Partner:
Card Swipe Velocity: One transaction per card per month during the offer duration per aggregator.
Offer is valid across all mapped POS machines of Pinelabs.
Valid only on Easy EMI transactions which are done on the "Brand EMI" option through Pine Labs only.
Offer is applicable for a limited period and will be valid as per the discretion of the brand.
PF on bank credit cards and debit cards might be applicable at the bank’s sole discretion. Kindly note that brand has no role in the same and this is between the credit card holder and their bank
For cashback eligibility, the transaction should happen under the Brand EMI option on Pinelabs.
Models in the cashback can be changed or removed during the offer period.
Any dealer can be removed or added in the offer at any given point of time without informing the bank. Kindly note that it is the sole discretion of the brand.

The Offer is only valid for Offline and Online purchase and is valid only authorized dealers mapped with the aggregator (Pine labs)
Any Customer availing this offer shall be deemed to read, understand, and accept these T&C.
