•   “Alliance partner” shall mean Easy Trip Planners Limited, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.

• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid VISA/Mastercard/Amex Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.

• “Card" shall mean Credit card which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.

• “Cardholder” shall mean a customer to whom a card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the card.

• “Offer” shall mean instant cashback/discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Credit Card EMI transactions during the Offer Period at participating stores.

• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from October 4, 2025 to December 31, 2025, both days inclusive.

• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

• “Void Transactions" shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful by the “Alliance Partner”.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

• To avail the offer, ICICI Bank credit cardholder has to book Domestic / International Flight or Domestic Hotel of their choice from EaseMyTrip.com.

• The offer on credit card EMI transactions is as mentioned below:

• Domestic Flights - 12% instant discount up to Rs 1,500 on minimum booking of Rs 10,000

• Domestic Flights – Flat Rs 1,800 / 4,000 instant discount on minimum booking of Rs 25,000 / 50,000 respectively

• International Flights - 10% instant discount up to Rs 3,500 on minimum booking of Rs 20,000

• International Flights – Flat Rs 6,000 instant discount on minimum booking of Rs 75,000

• Domestic Hotels - 12% instant discount up to Rs 1,500 on minimum booking of Rs 10,000

• Domestic Hotels – Flat Rs 1,800 instant discount on minimum booking of Rs 25,000

• The offer is valid from October 4, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

• This offer is valid on payments made through ICICI Bank credit card EMI transactions only.

• This offer is not valid on credit card Non EMI transactions, ICICI Bank Amazon Pay credit cards, debit cards, internet banking, UPI, business, commercial, or corporate cards of ICICI Bank.

• The offer is valid for bookings made on EaseMyTrip's website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App.

• Convenience fees will be charged as per the applicability.

• The offer is valid for once per user per card per category (i.e., Domestic Flight / International Flight / Domestic Hotel) per month. Subsequent transactions during the month will not be applicable for discount.

• The offer can't be clubbed with any other promotional offers.

• The offer is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the same.

• Bookings with the valid promo code only will be eligible for this offer.

• In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and discount will be rolled back before processing the refunds.

• Changes in names are not allowed.

• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer, EaseMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer to the customers.

• EaseMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.

• In addition, EaseMyTrip standard booking and privacy policy on www.EaseMyTrip.com shall apply.

• In the event of any dispute, Courts of Delhi will have the jurisdiction.

• EaseMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

• EaseMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure.

• The offer will be valid during the promotion period only which will be at the sole discretion of EaseMyTrip and ICICI Bank.

• EaseMyTrip and ICICI Bank have the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time during the promotion period.

• The decision of EaseMyTrip and ICICI Bank will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by EaseMyTrip.

• Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with EaseMyTrip directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.

• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by EaseMyTrip.

• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by EaseMyTrip in this regard.

• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
