Terms and Condition

• Rate is exclusive of 10% service fee, 10% authority fee and AED 20 tourism fee per bedroom per night.
• For currency conversion, rate based on AED 1,595 UAE Dirhams exclusive of service fee, authority fee and tourism fee.
• Currency fluctuations may occur and Atlantis reserves the right to vary the rate subject to availability and any variations in administrative fees.
• Rate based on of 2 adults and 2 children less than 16 years sharing the same room.

• Booking dates: Until 30 September 2014.

  Stay dates: 15 May to 30 September 2014.

  Blackout dates: will apply.

• A valid ICICI Bank VISA Debit Card must be used to book and pay for the stay.
• VISA Debit Cardholder must stay as a guest to take up this offer.
• Room supplement will apply for children 16 years and over or an additional adult, charged at triple occupancy of AED 431 per night inclusive of taxes and fees.
• The meal voucher entitles the holder to a buffet meal or a three course meal valid at the following restaurants: Ronda Locatelli, Nasimi, Levantine, Saffron, La Brasserie, Kaleidoscope, The Shore, Sharkbites, Barracudas, The Edge, Asia Republic, Plato’s, Barazura and The Burger Joint.
• For afternoon tea at Plato’s or Barazura food menu, the voucher can only be used against food and doesn’t cover beverages.
• One meal voucher per guest must be presented for dining for lunch or dinner at any of the 14 restaurants.
• The voucher cannot be used against beverages, brunches or any other special occasions that may occur.
• Breakfast not valid for in-room dining.
• One complimentary daily morning or afternoon session at Kids Club for each child between 3 - 12 years or daily morning or afternoon session at Club Rush for each child between 13 - 18 years is valid under the VISA Family Fun 2014 room package. Not valid in conjunction with special events such as Summer Camps, Birthday Parties. Does not include meals.
• While we make every effort to accommodate all children, complimentary access to Kids Club is on a first come, first served basis, until the maximum capacity is reached.
• Spa treatment offer is valid once per stay and includes a 30-minute back, neck and shoulder massage at the standard rate of AED 360.
• Vouchers are not transferable or redeemable for cash can and only be used during the guest stay and will not be re-issued in the event of loss.
• Rooms, special rates and special requests are all subject to availability and is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
