• Thomas Cook reserves the right to amend/withdraw the offer anytime without prior intimation
• Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions

Product Offers:

• The ROE is calculated at 1 EUR = INR 76, 1 USD = INR 65, 1 AUD = INR 50, 1 NZD = INR 47& 1 ZAR = INR 45.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable 
• Rate of exchange is subject to change and final price will be dependent on the prevailing rate of exchange of the day of booking
• Government taxes applicable will be charged extra

Cab and Headset Offer

• Maximum discount on Cab ride to the venue is Rs. 150
• One Bluetooth headphone will be given on each transaction

ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Card Offer

• ICICI Bank additional 5% cashback is applicable on minimum transaction of ₹40,000 & upto a maximum cashback of ₹8,000. Cashback will be applicable only on first transaction using either ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card, even if the customer chooses to swipe the card ( either credit or debit ) multiple times from the time of booking to final payment.
• Cashback will be processed within 60 working days from the end of offer period.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable 
• Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Credit card Holders is on a voluntary basis 
•  The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions 
• Standard Thomas Cook Terms & Conditions will apply on holidays bought during the promotional period and ICICI Bank will not entertain any complaints or issues pertaining to the holidays and services offered by them
• Below is the list of cities & venues where Thomas Cook has set up promotional stalls with special offers valid for a limited period of time. Thomas Cook or ICICI bank is not liable to extend the same offers to customers beyond any of the dates or outside the venues mentioned below.
