Definitions:

• ‘Alliance Partner’ shall mean ‘ShakePe’, which is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and is authorised by the Reserve Bank of India (‘RBI’) to issue such Gift Cards / Vouchers and with whom ICICI Bank Limited (ICICI Bank) has valid and subsisting alliance agreements for the purposes of providing the Offer/s (defined below) mentioned herein.
• ‘Customer/s’ for the purpose of this Offer shall mean Current Account customers of ICICI Bank who have received communication from ICICI Bank in the form of e-mail / notification about this Offer.
• ‘Offer’ refers to issuance of Gift Vouchers by the Alliance Partner/s pursuant to the offer terms and conditions of the offers, as further described in these terms.
• ‘Offer Period’ shall mean the period commencing from Nov 01, 2025 to Dec 31, 2025, both dates inclusive.
• ‘Online Purchase’ refers to making payment to purchase products / services, including but not limited to utility bill payments, travel booking, recharge, etc. as available on websites.
• ‘Void Transaction’ shall mean wherein the transaction / attempted transaction is either unsuccessful or has taken place but has been rejected / cancelled / been unsuccessful at any third-party website.
• ‘Primary Terms and Conditions’ shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s products and services, as available on www.icici.bank.in, including those applicable on Current Account and Corporate Net Banking.
• ‘Winner/s’ shall mean the Customer/s meeting the eligibility criteria of the Offer.
• ‘e-Gift Card’ refers to the redeemable vouchers issued by the Alliance Partner to the Winners for the amount specified in Offer terms and conditions, redeemable only on the Website.
• All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (‘Terms’) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

• In order to become eligible for the Offer (i.e. to become ‘Winners’), customers should fulfil the below criteria: 
•  Make their first online purchase during the offer period using ICICI Bank Corporate Net Banking, provided that they have never made an online purchase through ICICI Bank Corporate Net banking before Nov 01, 2025.
•  The online purchase/s of ₹ 30,000 or more must be made within 30 days of the first transaction carried out through ICICI Bank Corporate Net Banking

• 2. A customer will be eligible for the gift voucher only once during the offer period
• 3. Only those customers will be eligible who have received the festive offer communication through an e-mail or notification from ICICI Bank
• 4. All eligible customers will receive the gift voucher through SMS / e-mail within 30 (thirty) days of the offer period
• 5. The winners have to redeem the offer before Jan 31, 2026.

• What are vouchers?

1.      Vouchers are a payment instrument designed to be accepted for a specific set of products on Amazon. Currently there is one valid voucher type: Amazon Shopping Voucher

2.      An Amazon Shopping Voucher is redeemable across all physical goods purchase on Amazon.in

3.      Amazon Vouchers (including Amazon Shopping Voucher, Amazon Prime Voucher and Amazon Fresh Voucher) are not eligible for use on Amazon Business marketplace effective Nov 15, 2023.

• How is a voucher different from an Amazon Pay Gift Card?

While Amazon Pay Gift Card & Vouchers both are pre-paid instruments, an Amazon Pay Gift Card is accepted across all avenues where Amazon Pay Wallet is accepted whereas a voucher is only accepted as per its design. For example:

1.      An Amazon Shopping Voucher will only work on valid shopping transactions on Amazon and will not be valid for Pay category transactions

2.      An Amazon Prime Voucher will work only for purchase of Prime Membership and so on.

Amazon Shopping Voucher is NOT ELIGIBLE for the following shopping transactions on & off Amazon:

• Purchase of Kindle eBooks
• Purchase of Digital Content like e-Books, video games
• Purchase of Amazon Pay Gift Cards or adding money to Amazon Pay balance
•  Purchase of Brand Gift Cards that are designated Semi-Closed Loop(SCLP) Instruments under PPI Master Direction
• Transaction outside of Amazon.in where Amazon Pay is a payment option
• Transaction on any Amazon Pay Categories including and not limited to (including future Pay categories available on Amazon Pay Dashboard):
• Recharges: Mobile, DTH, Google Play, FastTag, Metro
• Bill Payments
• Ticket Bookings: Flight, Train, Movies, Bus
• Investments & Insurance
• Utilities: Gas Cylinders, Piped Gas, Subscriptions, Cable TV etc.

• How to use an Amazon Shopping Voucher?

A voucher can be used to buy only those items that are made eligible for it. When a voucher is eligible for an order (where all items in the cart are eligible for the specific voucher), ‘Your Vouchers’ will show up as a payment option in the payment method selection page. To use ‘Your Vouchers’ for the purchase, select it on the payment method selection page. If the voucher value is not sufficient, you can combine Amazon Pay balance, Credit Card / Debit Card or Net Banking with your vouchers to complete the purchase. You can click on the ‘Know More’ option to find the list of vouchers eligible for that specific purchase.

• Can I cancel / return a shopping voucher?

Vouchers once purchased cannot be cancelled or returned due to regulations.

• What if I return a product purchased using an Amazon Shopping Voucher?

When you return a product purchased using a voucher, the respective amount barring cashback, if any, will be refunded to the original source. The vouchers will be reissued and credited to ‘Your Vouchers’ directly.
