Step 1: Download iMobile

Choose any of the following options to get the iMobile app on your device:

Step 2: Activate iMobile to experience enchanced security with SIM Binding authentication now mandatory for NRI customers!

Follow these steps after installation:

1. Install the iMobile app via. App Store or Play Store


2. Tap on "Let's Get Started"


3. Tap on "Proceed", to verify your mobile number


4. Select SIM of the registered mobile number and click on Continue


5. Create MPIN


6. Verify through "Debit Card" or "Net Banking ID",
   
   • Using “Debit Card”, → authenticate using debit card grid number → enable fingerprint or face id → Login
   
   
   • Using "Net Banking ID", → authenticate using Internet banking user ID & password → enable fingerprint or face id → Login
   
   

Important Notes

• Fingerprint login is optional and can be managed anytime in the app.

   

• To enhance security iMobile uses Grid Card Authentication for key financial transactions.
