- The consent provided shall not only be applicable to this new savings account but are also applicable to all the existing accounts under the same customer ID.
- The consent provided shall lead to the delivery of mandatory digital banking alerts to my registered mobile number via SMS. I further acknowledge the recommendation to provide a registered email address to ensure the receipt of mandatory digital banking alerts to my registered email address.
- I understand that to revoke the usage of digital banking access, I am required to issue a formal revocation request to ICICI Bank through the prescribed modes, which currently includes submitting a physical request by visiting the nearest branch or by making a request through phone banking channel. I understand that the revocation request once received will take 10 (ten) working days to take effect and that the digital banking access shall remain in full force and effect during such period. The Bank will not be held responsible for any failure/non fulfilment of transaction due to such revocation of services.
- I understand that in the event the User gives an instruction to ICICI Bank to debit his/her Account for payment of an amount from the Account, the instruction shall be executed on a real time basis unless otherwise specified by ICICI Bank to the User. Hence, the User shall not be able to give any instruction to ICICI Bank to stop the payment from the Account and the amount debited from the Account shall not be reversed back to the Account. However, if the User has scheduled a transaction to be processed on a future date and wishes to cancel the transaction and/or give any instructions to ICICI Bank to stop the payment from the Account, the User shall be required to make such cancellations / give stop payment instructions online one day prior to the schedule date of the transaction.

- I understand that in the event of any unauthorized electronic banking transactions, I will bear zero responsibility only if the unauthorized transaction is reported within 3 working days from the date of receiving the communication. I understand that further the liability will be as follows:
- In cases where the loss is due to my negligence, such as where I have shared the payment credentials, I will bear the entire loss until I report the unauthorized transaction to the bank. Any loss occurring after the reporting of the unauthorized transaction shall be borne by the bank.
- In cases where the responsibility for the transaction lies neither with the bank nor with myself, but lies elsewhere in the system and, when there is a delay (of four to seven working days after receiving the communication from the bank) on the part of the customer in notifying the Bank of such a transaction the per transaction liability of the customer shall be limited to the transaction value or the amount as may be prescribed by the relevant regulation, whichever is lower.

I/We, the joint holder/s, hereby authorize the primary applicant to access the digital banking as provided for the primary applicant and confirm the said appointment.
