ICICI Bank Card holders can view and modify the mandates / Standing Instructions (SI) registered on their Debit Card / Credit Card by accessing the below SI Hub portal / Mandate HQ portal.
To log into the SI Hub portal / Mandate HQ portal, customers need to enter their Debit Card / Credit Card number.
If the Mandate ID begins with ‘IC’, the Mandate HQ portal should be accessed, else the SI Hub portal should be accessed.
The Mandate ID is available in the SI registration or pre-debit notification (SMS / E-mail) sent to the customer.
As per RBI guidelines, the Standing Instruction / mandate limit for (a) Subscription to Mutual Funds using Debit Cards (b) Payment of insurance premiums using Debit Cards / Credit Cards (c) Credit Card bill payments using Debit Cards is ₹ 10,00,000. For all other categories, the limit is ₹ 15,000. Additional Factor Authentication (AFA), such as OTP, is required for transactions above the specified limits or the maximum amount set by the customer for the Standing Instruction / mandate.
Customer approval, if required, is to be provided through the below SI Hub portal / Mandate HQ portal.
‘Opt-out’ / ‘Pause’ is only a temporary halt in the Standing Instruction (SI). The Standing Instruction remains active.
ICICI Bank does not have the authority to modify / cancel Standing Instructions on behalf of the customer.
No charges are levied / no amount is deducted from the customer’s Account for accessing these portals.
