GRE
Whether you are planning to go to graduate school for pursuing a master’s degree (MS, MBA etc.) or a doctoral degree or are just exploring the opportunities and options available, you need to take the GRE. GRE is a computer-delivered test that analyses your verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, critical thinking and analytical writing skills.
Overall test time is 3 hours and 45 minutes
The test consists of 6 sections (Analytical Writing, Verbal Reasoning (2), Quantitative Reasoning (2), Unscored and Research)
The score is reportable for 5 years.
GMAT
GMAT is a computer-adaptive entrance test that needs to be taken for pursuing management or business studies abroad. GMAT is designed to test skills important for business and management programmes, like analytical writing, problem-solving abilities and critical reasoning skills, since they are required to handle real-world business and management scenarios.
- 31 Quantitative Reasoning questions: 62 minutes
- 36 Verbal Reasoning questions: 65 minutes
- 12 Integrated Reasoning questions: 30 minutes
- 1 Analytical Writing assessment: 30 minutes
- Overall test time is 03 hours and 07 minutes, with 2 optional breaks.
LSAT
Planning to join a law school? LSAT (Law School Admission Test) is the only test that helps you determine if attending a law school is right for you and helps maximise your chances of admission. The test is designed to evaluate the skills necessary for your success in the first year of law school. LSAT assesses skills such as reading comprehension, reasoning and writing.
- Primary part of the LSAT is a four-section multiple-choice test
- Second part of the LSAT is a written essay (LSAT writing)
- LSAT in an online, live, remote-proctored test.
SAT
Candidates aspiring to pursue under-graduate courses abroad (particularly in the US and Canada) have to take the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT), which is administered by the College Board. SAT is a pen-and-paper-based exam, designed to evaluate written, verbal and mathematical skills of candidates.
Overall test time is 3 hours
It is divided into three sections: Reading test, Writing & Language test and Math test
The score is valid for 5 years.
