You can conveniently load foreign currencies onto your Corporate Sapphiro Forex Prepaid Card through the InstaBIZ app or through the ICICI Bank forex enabled branches. The InstaBIZ app offers a seamless, secure experience for instant loading and management of funds.

In case of loss, you can instantly block your Corporate Sapphiro Forex Prepaid Card through InstaBIZ. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Care at 1800 1080 to report the loss. 

Eligible cardholders can avail the benefit by clicking on this link:

• https://visaforex.poshvine.com/ where they will have the option to login using the Card number of their Eligible Card and other details.
• Eligible Cardholders can use their card number to check the validity of this benefit.
• After logging in, eligible cardholders can copy the unique code from the offer tile and click on the link to visit the e-SIM / SIM card vendor's platform.
• On the vendor's platform, eligible cardholders have to select their preferred call plan details (as mentioned in the above table).
• Eligible cardholders will receive an email with a link to complete the KYC process by uploading the necessary details (as mandated by relevant telecommunications authorities).
• After KYC is completed, an option to select an e-SIM or a physical SIM card will be available in the drop-down menu on the SIM card vendor's platform.
• For an e-SIM, a QR code will be sent via e-mail to activate the e-SIM. A list of compatible phones will be available on the platform.
• For a physical SIM card, cardholders must enter their delivery address and pay a delivery charge of ₹ 100 for the vendor to ship the SIM card to the cardholder's address.

Follow these steps to redeem your Dreamfolks voucher for international lounge access:

• Open the Dreamfolks app and enter your mobile number to receive an OTP
• After OTP verification, register using the membership ID and PIN from your Card’s kit
• Browse available airport lounges, make your choice and present the QR code for access
• Enjoy 2 complimentary visits; any additional access will incur a fee of USD 27.

As per the Schedule of Charges, on every withdrawal through an ICICI Bank Forex Card, charges vary depending upon the currency. In the case of the Corporate sapphiro Forex Card, no charges will be levied on the first three withdrawals of the month and on the first withdrawal for the five-year validity period of the Card. Extra charges can only be levied on the merchant ATM from which the customer is withdrawing.

Eligibility

• Customers who have completed an initial load of USD 2,500 (or equivalent currency) on their card post issuance are eligible for this benefit.
• The service is applicable only for international travel and for one individual per booking.
• Eligible customers will receive a unique code within 5 working days after successful loading.

Steps to Book

• Visit Visa Meet & Greet.
• Enter your mobile number and complete OTP validation.
• Provide your 16-digit VISA card number.
• Fill in your basic travel details and click Book Now.
• Select the Platinum Travel One Package and enter the traveller’s details.
• At the payment page, under the Promo Code section, enter your unique code and proceed to confirm your booking.
